McDonald's — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

The atmosphere is amazing. Dimly lit like Starbucks and very relaxing for doing computer work. It opens very late which is very good if you are coming home from work. On the negative side, the staff here are very rude. They greet you with a stare and they all have very poor English. I understand that these people go through a lot but they shouldn’t be acting the way they do. The orders take up to 15 minutes to come. I got a 10 dollar gift card that came with a crease. They wouldn’t let me change it to another one so I went with it. I went with the card to get some stuff and the card didn’t work. It was the crease. I told them that I had 10 bucks in there and they denied it. I opened my phone and showed them a purchase of 10 dollars which was the purchase of the card. Nothing was bought with that car and it was clear as day that the money was in. Still they didn’t care. They threw my beverages on the beverage tray and a drink fell down. I went in to get another one and oh the stare they gave me. It looked like you were walking in the streets of Harlem. I told them about the drink and they checked the camera. Still they denied it. I was legit right in front of the camera. So, I had to spend my pocket money again. This McDonald’s deserves a 2 star rating because of the staff. Great job...

Today I went and I used the Wyrd. I asked for fries with no salt, a large Diet Coke and a big Mac we not ordered the big Mac. It was called wasn’t hot. I asked for another. I took a bite taste like they put mustard in it so they probably did it on purpose like I don’t understand Like this is crazy. I won’t be going there anymore and the one on 33. I have a problem with them. I’ve been into a burger and they have plastic look like from the cup from the coffee mug look like the tag from the coffee mug top was in it horrible they just getting worse dang unappreciated until they get shut down then everybody gonna be hollering about the job. I don’t have a job what you gotta do your job. You can’t give people that type of food cold food like that has to be hated well whatever make people sick Because you know what if somebody get food poisoning they gonna sue McDonald’s all because you guys don’t wanna do your job right this is crazy. If you go to this McDonald’s do not use their mobile app to make any orders, not all employees will actually give you the food. I made an order on the application on my way there and when I go to the drive-thru I gave the guy the code the order gave me. When I got to the window he told me I did not pay yet so I couldn’t get the food, despite me showing him the emailed receipt I was sent. He told me to give him my card so he can swipe it and pay as if I hadn’t already paid, and of course the card wouldn’t go through because it was already paid. I refused to give him cash because I was not going to pay for food I already paid for. Go to the Wendy’s next door that actually understands mobile orders or the Burger King down the street that also understands mobile orders. Do not use this McDonald’s and try to use anything modern because you will only get screwed in the end, and not eat unless you double pay. I know for me I will not go back to that McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s because of this experience and I will advise everyone I know...
