I didn't want to leave a review but if there was less talking and more working my sub probably would have been made correctly I told the young man that obviously looks like he's new and is not really getting proper training it seems like I told him I wanted a steak nine no mushrooms and I wanted it toasted I got it but I didn't get it toasted it wasn't toasted as I wanted it and I found mushrooms in my steak and cheese I don't blame him I blame the others that been there longer that's supposed to be paying attention they're talking about zodiac signs and all this other stuff when obviously this young poor man is trying to wing it not much hope when you have a chatty Cathy and then I asked the lady the skinny tall one is it toasted she doesn't make eye contact with me neither does the other one they just say ahhhh yeah it's toasted like I'm not going to lie I'm pretty bothered because I paid $15 for a sub that wasn't made the way I wanted it and then on top of that I asked for no mushrooms and I got mushrooms in the sub if you're going to hire people hire people that knows how to make a sandwich and hire better leaders that's going to give better training to those that need it I'm disappointed I should have just got Wendy's...

I’ve been here about two times….and yes I can say the food is really good but on the other hand the workers or should I say……worker is a bit to my concern. The first time I came here a short little big lady came out from the back with smoke coming out of her mouth. It is not professional to be smoking around food. She then proceeded to be on her phone and start yapping instead of helping making the food. The second day I came here the same lady was still on her phone and just talking she then starts being rude to this tall girl with black hair when she was doing nothing wrong. I think this is VERY unprofessional. I think this matter should be addressed, you would think smoking is common courtesy around food BUT NOT...

So my sub of choice is a bbq chicken and cheddar. I get it two days a week in rockland. I stopped by at this place and got my sub per usual. It was the BEST I’ve ever had! Every single bite was the same and delicious. The perfect amount of sauce and toasted to perfection. I asked for the cooks name and I believe his name was Johnny. I have now made this my main spot because of the cook and the service. If you ever go here have Johnny make your food and I promise you will not be disappointed!
