Roma Alla Pala — Restaurant in Easton

We have been ordering from Roma for quite a long time. We get the spinach Chèvre pizza, thin crust. Also the meatballs. We placed our order on Sunday the 3rd of November. I noticed there was someone new in the kitchen I hadn’t seen before. We pick up a pizza on Sunday every week. I didn’t think anything of it till I got it home and we opened the box. The crust was barely cooked. We also get mushrooms and tomatoes on it. There was 3-4 on the entire pizza. There was hardly any spinach on it. Typically there is plenty of everything. The meatballs had no flavor which is so uncharacteristic, because they are delicious. We are thinking this fellow needs some more training and attention to the recipes. I tried to find a way to contact the store without going with an online review. We will continue to come, we just thought management...

The sauce is refreshing and delicious. My family walked historical Easton and the farmer’s market. We were famished and needed a quick bite. Instead, we found a delicious meal and friendly folks with no wait! The sauce and fresh ingredients were the stars! My kiddos are picky with pizza since we’re from NY. Roma Alla Pala is one of the best sauces and pizzas we’ve ever had! Cheers and kudos to a pie well done! We got the Margherita pie with no Parmesan. I was given a glowing recommendation from a local to try to food here. I wasn't let down! I got a margherita pizza and some of their garlic bread and...wow! It's was delicious!
