Two fatty, not good for your body...found the menu to be extreamly, extreamly limited..

On the up side, employees are very happy and helpful. the facility is clean and well maintained...You can dine in or order to go in side,(Pre-order by cellphone application is suggested, they have a drive-thur that continually very busy with employees taking the orders outside when lines are back up...

Over all its was a good experience, I would say most likely people not concerned with a good healty diet would enjoy...We need yo face the facts, since 1977 when the FEDERAL FOOD &DRUG Administration under President Jimmy Carter &Vice President Walter Mondale , introduced the kings Diet that all through historical noted avenues as the causation of ( Ill health both physically & mentally, areas such as❤heart disease, kidney failure, high blood sugar (due to thebody fighting infections)-, cancer, narcissistic-Anti social attitudes ....as a good health and promoted the diet in the free lunch program...AMERICANS ARE AT THE MERCY OF AN EARLY DEATH SENTENCE, HIGH DIVORCE RATES. OVER WEIGHT CHILDREN, EARLY procreation DEVELOPMENT, these aspects of life are off the charts...

Time was Americans ate a more lean duet of large salads. healthy greens, yellow, red, fruits & vegetables..We had the termed used as Sunday Pot roast a 24 pcs bucket 🪣😋of frided chicken feed 10 adults, 6 children and we had liftovers..

Today, one person buys a bucket 🪣🙂 of chicken and its a 3 day meal for one person, same a pizza 🍕😋 for the family 👪, now 5 -$5 Pizzas are acting a daily snack & lunches for one person...

As a Chick-Fil-A One Signature Member I've come to expect a certain kind of Gold Standard 🥇 within the Chick Fila Family. I've conversated and vocalized my experiences with dozens of staff members across the country to help them streamline "The Line".

This particular location is new to the area and based off of my recent experiences within the past 2 Months you can expect the quality & order accuracy to be OFF. So don't forget to Always Double Check Your Order Before Leaving 🤦‍♂️

With the young management operating at this particular location you can clearly tell they become overwhelmed and are undertrained to help alleviate the drive thru from backing up. It's something that I've learned across the years is that the new locations put a little bit more patience into just allowing the staff to fix and iron out any kinks that the staff are currently dealing with. I just ask at the same time the staff hold themselves accountable on their part when mistakes are made. 🤦‍♂️

Especially when your bringing up order concerns at the Drive Thru Window on a busy day. My particular advice for this location is for management to continue to Train and Educate their Staff especially when mixing Standard & Catering orders together. So I'm sure that this particular location will earn that Gold Standard eventually, but at this current time I just can't say they've earned that in My Book just yet. 🥈

MADE WITH CARE is just a slogan not something they strive for! I’ve had my order messed up at this Chick-fil-A several times—even after following their exact instructions on how to order so the kitchen understands. Nothing seems to help. Every time I have to go back through the line, wasting another 20 minutes, to fix my order or request a refund.

The final straw for this location was when manager Christina called me and told me there’s nothing they can do to prevent it from happening again—because “they’re human.” That might be understandable once, but this has become a regular issue.

It’s clear this location values your money more than your satisfaction. The management team doesn’t seem to care if you keep coming back or not. Really disappointing experience from a brand that claims to care about customer service When asked for compensation like a lunch or breakfast on them she said they don't offer that you can either come back or in her words go somewhere else if I'm not happy! For the time I've wasted trying to get you to fix a simple situation I will go somewhere else. 20 mins down the road hidden valley gets it...
