Urbane — Restaurant in Eatontown

My husband and I stay at the Sheraton once a month. While there we done in their restaurant/lounge "Urbane". The food is pretty good but what keeps us coming back is the staff. Sean was a server tonight, super friendly and Mary Grace, whom we had the pleasure meeting at our last visit, seen us sitting and came over to have a conversation with us. It's nice when the staff remember who you are. They always make us feel welcome. We will definitely continue to dine here thanks...

Literally one of the worst hotel restaurants I've been to. Their service is terrible, like the worst. Bartender never offered us a to go box, just took our food and threw it away. On top of that, they charge worse prices on drinks than an airports. The people that work here are some of the worst and I hope this restaurant fails into the ground. They charged us $8 for a Miller Lite...... The photo is for a double bacardi drink and 1 beer. I've seen better prices...

Nice decor and atmosphere, however, the fries and wings were subpar. I had to ask for condiments for fries, and had to continuously ask for my drink to be refilled, even though, my glass was empty. Problem...
