Wawa — Restaurant in Eatontown

I'm sorry but all the scores for every other category we're ruined because of the cashier. All I wanted was a Bic lighter, and they're behind the counter so you would think she would bring them forward at least. Nope. I told her I was picky about my lighters but I saw one right up front that I wanted. All I asked her to do was light it to make sure it wasn't already used because I've had that happen before. And she barely did it and I said was it a burden? And she said I'm not going to burn my finger for it. Honey you're my age if you can't light a lighter without burning your finger then you don't need to be anywhere that even sells them.. just rude for no reason whatsoever, would it have taken that much time out of her day to assist me in the right...

I’m so frustrated with this location. I complain once a week and nothing changes. Every order placed is wrong in the worst way. I have so many examples but from today alone I ordered a container of watermelon for pick up that my co worker went to get… and I get a bottle of Snapple peach tea… I have complained to corporate multiple times for issues like this to the point where I am convinced the staff needs to learn how to read. From orders being wrong, items sizes or flavors being wrong, items completely missing, to waiting 15 minutes in the parking spot for curb side pickup multiple times it...

Terrible location. Gas attendants are too busy talking with one another. Must be some kind of man love relationship. They just can't get enough of one another I guess. They eventually come over. Too bad NJ can't handle pumping their own gas, as the "pump boys" could have one another all day and night.

Half of the pumps are always closed off. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired immediately. Wawa used to be good but thesr days most of their locations offer terrible service. Make wawa like bud light and take your...
