April 26th at 1:30. i was disgusted by the dirt. The floors during rush hour maybe but the sauce dispensers were caked on and sticky, the counters had dried on spills. the tables were gross the chair backs were sticky, i didn’t dare go into the restrooms. the rush hour i saw was three table of people plus me and 3 standing customers. i stuck to the floors around my table. there was trash on under the tables and booths. maybe 2 bus loads of customers had just finish bit i don’t think so. i watched as the 3-4 staff stood around chatting with family/friend of one of the works - one of the tables during rush. don’t know what was hppening at the drive through. there seemed to be no way of getting order except to wait by the ordering counter until your order was up. i like products at Arby’s but .... gross Dispenser for cups was lost empty and dirty with crumbs bd dried spills. the straw container was in the same condition. i tried to call the number posted on the door to reach arbyscom but they wanted the store number found on my receipt which i had thrown out and i wasn’t about to dig in the garbage for it.

Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I ordered beef and cheddar with no bun and my fiance ordered a sandwich with no honey mustard or tomato, add Mayo. We drove home to Altoona only to find that I got a bun and he got a sandwich with everything on it. His sandwich wasn't editable, so we drove back. The manager comes to the window and reads off our receipt (everything was correct), so whomever made it just didn't pay any attention! He remakes the sandwiches and a girl hands us our food and my fiance asks if there is something in the bag to compensate us for having to drive all the way back here. She responded in a snooty tone, "He just took care of it, didn't he?" We asked what her name was and she said, "it's Abby, I'm the owners daughter so you can go ahead and call to complain." She smirked and closed the window in our faces. I have never once in my life experience such terrible customer service; not one person including the manager even bothered to apologize for our inconvenience. We will not be returning to the Hastings Way Arby's and we will be calling Miss Abby's daddy tomorrow to see how much he does care about his daughter being so rude. And if he doesn't care, I'm sure Arby's Corporate...
Read moreI'd listed before the food was decent. Has not been recently. Today is what made me change my review though. Guy at the drive through didn't seem to know what he was doing, or wasn't listening- or both. Either way, nobody mentioned we were being charged for fries we didn't order and after they took our debit card and left, then came back, gave us the card and receipt, tried to give us someone else's food, then asked if they could have our receipt back and finally got our food I basically checked to make sure everything was in there and left. Everything was cold- fries, chicken, everything. We didn't actually eat it, so can't say if it tasted good. After all of that and then the food is cold like it had been sitting out forever and not really trusting them to have cooked it right in the first...
