Arby's — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Always, always, always get our order wrong or miss an item. Most recent, it was busy and my wife has to wait almost a half an hour for our food in drive thru and when she said something, the staff was VERY rude.

Time before that, they missed a $4 sandwich on our order and when I tried to call back, no one answered the phone for the rest of the night and I tried calling every hour, more than once on several occasions.

Ah, I'm thinking Arby's when I'm feeling hungry or need a quick snack. I can definitely rely on them for "having the meats." I usually order the double roast beef with six delicious, cheesy mozzarella sticks—I'm a Wisconsinite, after all, and I’ve got to have my dairy! I've gotten the Pork Belly Smokehouse sandwich 3 times now and one time it was absolutely delicious. Tender and tasty. Best sandwich I've had in awhile. My other two visits were much less satisfying. The meat was dry and tough and didn't taste all that great. Fries were consistently fresh however. If they could make the pork belly to order instead of whatever process they use now, this review...
