So, no quality issues with the food on this one. However, the help is very much giving "my first job." The highschool girl at the register started off our interaction by scolding me for "lining up" in the wrong spot (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location). There is no visable signage, and I have been told different things by different people working. Some say it starts at the register and some say it starts at the case. There is no organization, and they try to make it the customer's problem. Then, after that sour moment, her next food is "what do I want" - as though I am there to pickup my wellfare check... How about, "how can I help you." instead... with a smile.

Instead of being nasty, try being nice to your customers. Moreover, if you think serving ice cream is below your intellectual ability... might I recommend baby sitting toddlers... that may be more your emotional and...

i love their ice cream. i went in today with my older brother as he was buying me ice cream and the girl making our ice cream did not look/act friendly whatsoever. she threw my ice cream saying “there’s the like it” and went to make my brothers. after we asked for lids, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to put spoons in it. however, with the white family behind us, she was very friendly to them. i don’t know if it’s because my brother and i are hispanic but she had a whole different personality towards us. so much for Hispanic Heritage Month. will not be coming back. i didn’t catch her name but she was white with blonde hair that was put up in a claw clip and she wasn’t...

We came in about 12:30 and Shawn immediately greeted us. There was a very long line of 6 people in front of us plus us 4 and he was working very fast and hard to get through everyone. We were surprised to see him working alone during the busy lunch time but he was very friendly and helpful and didn’t make anyone feel rushed. We greatly appreciated him and will be back specifically because of how awesome he was. Some other guy did come and help but wasn’t as nice or friendly as Shawn.
