Culver’s — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Culver's #401 In Eau Claire, WI. On Gulf Rd. I want to give the Manager and staff for a generous gesture on Friday 02 August 2019. On the said date, I arrived at the store prior to a Doctor's appointment, after placing my order and driving up to the window, I realized I had forgotten my wallet back in Wausau.... I felt terrible and told the cashier I needed to cancel my order, the cashier looked at me and asked me to wait a minute, and returned to me stating the manager had taken care of my order and gave me an order number #67. What makes this even more special is that I had ordered two double cheese burgers for my dog... THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND YOUR HOSPITALITY!!! I will be send you my receipt along with the amount and some gift cards to pay it forward... Thank you so much... Very truly...

I hope you don't like pickles, because every Culver's store I've ever been to treats them like a commodity. I have found that for every time the cashier hits +pickle in their register, you get exactly that. You think you're getting extra pickles...but what you're really getting is one. extra. pickle. And don't even get me started on the sandwiches that come with one on the bun already, so when you ask for pickles on it you're politely given "oh that comes with them already" as a response , only to find out there are none on the burger itself, but one happily perched on top of the bun, while the waiter sneers as they sprint away after dropping your sh!tt off because they know.... they know how much you wanted god d4mn...

I don't really review food, this is for the service.

I've been to Culver's twice at different locations. Both times the service has been exceptionally attentive & friendly, especially for a fast food place. I don't know if it's a Culver's or a Wisconsin thing.

Of note in this particular visit is that they informed me that my order would be a mere 3 minutes late. Totally no big deal to me. To my surprise, I was given a voucher/token for a free meal on a future date. This caused me to fill out a comment form to compliment them which I very rarely do.

I don't believe this is something that should be expected and I certainly won't expect it in the future. So I hope nobody gets any ideas to abuse this...
