This was one of the worst experiences as a single mother at an eat in restaurant! First a bus boy "cleans" the table and walks away. I ask him to once again wash the table because it was still dirty and all the other tables are dirty, full, or not enough space for me and the kids. So he wipes the table again. I was glad until I noticed it was still dirty! Then we get our food I was very happy with the taste.. then my 2 year old and 4 year old say they have to go I the bathroom. So we leave our full plates of food to go use the bathroom. In the bathroom there is water on the floor my son trips as his sister is using the bathroom.. no biggie he's two so this happens I finally get both of them cleaned and as we are walking out I notice all of our food is gone! Yes gone! They had bussed perfectly good food! Didn't even notice me or my kids or the $25 dollars I just spent 15 mins prior.. I go to tell them and they all just look at me.. I got a sorry I think 3 times.. the manager that I asked to have come to my table did nothing but grin and say sorry! Umm this is not ok! Really guys??? you have nothing to say than laugh at the situation?? You could see that my kids were upset my children were crying. I was upset and all you can say is sorry and laugh?? Never again Noodles...
Read moreTonight was the first time my wife and I have ate at noodles and company.
We ordered it at 450pm and it was done when I got there at 510pm. The website said it would be done at 509pm so we were pleased with that!
I got the Wisconsin mac and cheese with chicken. With a side of extra cheese sauce ($10.25). Im glad I got the extra sauce (I like alot of sauce). The entree would have been decent without it, just a little bit different then the traditional mac and cheese. They use melted shredded cheese instead of a sauce. Overall, the mac was ok nothing to special. My wife order zucchini shrimp scampi with chicken with a side of alfredo. ($15.00). She wasn't a big fan of the sauce, a bit tangy for her liking, but the portion and rest of the dish was good. We got an order of cheesy garlic bread. (5.25). We both agree that it was very tasty.
My wife ordered online, website is easy to use. (She never orders anything online) Would be nice to have an option to change what sauce you get with the garlic bread.
I would give it 5 stars for this experience but the price seems a little to steep for a quick restaurant like this. I feel there prices are comparable to a regular sit down restaurant rather then "fast food"
Overall the experience was satisfactory. We would...
Read moreI have enjoyed Noodles & Co for a better part of a decade, and this location is an excellent one. Food is always fast and fresh! The employees are always in good spirits, and well trained, so there's no gap in knowledge. It's a busy location due to the quality of food, and location to other businesses, which isn't a complaint at all, just avoid going during peak times of lunch and dinner and you should have an excellent meal dine-in or out. As for the food they serve a variety of noodle-based dishes, and salads, and a small selection of appetizers. Soda from a Coca-cola freestyle, juices, bottled water and gratis water cups. I think for the level of business they do in a day they hold up to locations in much larger cities with ease.
(Update) This location still maintains the quality, speed, and awesome service. I make a point to stop at this one over other ones on my way through the area. The employees here are consistently friendly. No complaints!
(2nd Update) Menu refresh; it's taking time to adjust to. Some...
