Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Best Jimmy John’s location to go to if you want your order to be wrong every time. I do like Jimmy John’s but this specific location is NOT good. The most recent time I went there they messed up my sandwich and overcharged me for it. They didn’t know what to do so they just gave me a free bag of chips. Honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Edit: just ordered from this location today (9/19) and once again, they messed up my order. Never again will I be going here. I get the same thing every time I eat at Jimmy John’s, my order isn’t even that complex. BLT on French bread, add cheese, extra mayo and bacon on the side (wrapped separately, not on the sub). That’s it. Don’t mean to be that person but I don’t understand how it’s that hard to comprehend especially when they don’t give you the option to cook your bacon. I ask for the bacon on the side because I don’t like uncooked, cold bacon on my sub so I cook it at home and add it later. Never had any problems with any other Jimmy John’s location in eau claire...

Update: I filled out the form that was offered to me through the reply I received. I got an email saying that someone would get back to me on the issue.It has been a few days and no reply. So I decided to not change my review!!

I ordered my meal through the online app. I didn't receive it until an hour later. They forgot my root beer. I called and they told me that they were short staffed and could only credit drink for next time! They did not offer to deliver the missing drink. When I called they were not professional. All they said was hello they did not say that it was Jimmy John's until I asked. The pickle was soggy and tasted nasty. The only thing that was good was the sandwiches and chips. We order quite a bit from Jimmy Johns but this time they did not do the greatest of jobs. I asked for all 5 sandwiches to be cut in half only one was. On one of the sandwiches asked for dijon barely could you even tell it had any at all. The receipt stated to please ring the ring door bell and leave it, cause we have covid. The kid knocked on the door till we answered. We do not have covid that was the last time we ordered i just forgot to change it, but what if we did??? Then he tried to hand my husband 4 drinks and a box of food all at once hum he only has two hands. Just not the best service we have ever gotten and a bit of a disappointment.
