I am writing this review to express the frustration I have at this specific place. For some context I walked my way to taco Bell since I didn't have a car at the time. I came at around 9:00 pm. I arrived at the restaurant and noticed the lobby was closed for the night (unsure at the time if they were still open or not, which I do hold accountable for) . I was then told by an employee that I needed to use the drive-through to place my order, despite not having a car. Following their instructions, I proceeded to the drive-through, but I was completely ignored. After waiting for some time, another customer in a car pulled up behind me. They were kind enough to help us get the intercom or mic thing to go off. This kind customer was willing to let us order through this customer’s vehicle. I ordered then I was instructed to pull up to the window. However, when I got there, I was told that I couldn’t order through the drive-through without a car, which completely contradicted the instructions I had received earlier. This experience was incredibly frustrating, as I was given misleading information multiple times and treated inconsistently. Read moreMy son and I went here at 6pm Sunday and my total was $13 after I round it up to donate to them, I paid with $100 bill and they gave me $67 back. I didn't realize it until I was just a bit down the road and my son counted the change I had gotten back. Stating that I only got $67 back when it should have been 87 dollar's back it was at this time we turned around and went back to the store walked in and was immediately told to go wait in the lobby because they were busy. I then spoke up and said you shorted me $20 on the drive-thru and I'd like my money please. The lady that was working the drive-thru would not even look at me or my son the other two workers in back were whispering amongst themselves, all three employees especially the drive-thru worker looked extremely guilty. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for them at the service counter they came back with two $10 bills and said here sorry about that. Without even going in the till or looking into it. That tells me in my opinion that they had some shady agenda going on and I guarantee I'm not the only person that they tried to do this too or they have done this to. Read moreLately Taco Bell hasn’t been open and when they are it’s all new people so it’s a struggle to get the whole order. I always find myself going back for one of three reasons either missing the item, it was made wrong, or my favorite having just a shell with some scraps of chicken and sauce! I’m giving 2 stars based on an experience a few weeks back when I went there on my lunch expecting some quick food but like I said all new people.. anyway they must’ve clicked through my order saying they made it and gave it to me but never did. Waited my whole half hour lunch till they realized! The manager that was suppose to be on vacation gave me a full refund which was very kind and not at a fault of his own but the order ended up being the wrong order. Half the time I give up on going back to get the right stuff, I’ve had to go back multiple times once to get 3 items right it’s just not worth it anymore. Safe to say double check what’s in your wrapped taco before leaving or dine in. Only way you’ll get the right stuff hopefully! I hope they get some people to stay working here and double...
