Subway — Restaurant in Eau Claire

My husband and I were excited to try the footlong nachos since they came out. Apparently, Subway only uses one bag of chips, and everyone knows there're only a few chips in those tiny bags. The chips were barely covering the bottom of the nacho box, so we had to purchase an extra bag of chips at extra cost. Major false advertising compared to the ads. The girl making it had absolutely zero personality and no social skills whatsoever. After receiving and eating our steak nachos, my husband and I both got really queasy stomachs and felt nauseous for hours. This was the last straw with Subway. Don’t show up and plan to use a coupon. The cash register did not ring up the (valid) coupon price after the subs were made. This was with a manager who could not get the cash register to work correctly. He just shrugged his hands basically.

I followed up with a detailed letter to management and no reply. I paid over $10 extra for my food. Food was average. Choose the subway over by harbor freight to give your business to. I have been to that one, store is cleaner and staff are friendly...

The staff was incredibly rude. They didn't seem to know anything about what their products contained, and if they contained something I was allergic to. The lady didn't bother change her gloves after each sandwich. Instead my chicken bacon ranch ended up with marinara all over the bun, the wrap, and the napkins. As well as I asked for olives and I got 4..... on a 6 inch sandwich. I got a handful of spinach and 4 olives. I will NEVER bring this franchise...
