I stopped by to get wings n Pizza for my son a month ago on my way home. The dine in area was so preety and clean. I decided to come back a few weeks after to bring my son so we could dine in. It was 1pm. Both doors were locked, no notes on them as a truck left the drive thru. I googled to be sure they were open. So I went to drive thru and sat for a few minutes. I had to call inside after waiting a bit, I even backed up n pulled up to trigger the drive thru device to alert a worker but nothing. When I called I asked if they were open and stated I was at the window. She stated she didn't have any orders for carryout. I explained I didn't order anything and drove 20 minutes to bring my son to dine in. She continued to act as if she was so busy n it would be a long wait but No one was there. After she treated me as if I was stupid lol. She then said she could " try" to squeeze my order in! đ However my son and I have a thing that If the worker isn't inviting, rude, or annoyed with their job or condescending or if I have to question their integrity than we leave. Energy matters and they will do anything to your food. I asked her if she was OK and she than changed her whole demeanor, and wanted to take my order but I was to irritated at that point. It could have been so simple to just open the window greet, ask to take our order an explain why we couldn't dine in. I would have ordered and sat in the car to eat. But the attitude I was receiving an her acting confused in why we was there had me upset đĄ She was and older lady. When I went the first time the young lady had customers dining in serving them and doing drive thru and cooking! An she still took my order in line with all that she was doing.    Read moreI was down in Eddyville visiting family so I ordered pizza from here on my phone using the official app. Within 20 minutes my 6 different pizzas and 2 desserts were done! Got to my families place and when we went to eat, the first box opened was exactly as it should be! Great! My cousins wanted their meat lovers, so we opened the 2nd big box, and it was exactly the same pizzas as the first box! Oh no! So I called them back, and i was transfered to, forgive me, i believe it was the manager, I think her name was Barb. She was super polite and empathetic to my situation. She agreed to make the missing pies and let us keep the extras. AWESOME. She calls me back later to ask me of i was sure o ordered the correct things and when I loaded the app to confirm, it took a while, but it said just as they made the first time! The app had glitched out, and still charged me for the original order! So it was the silly apps fault! (So use carefully!) But the staff, the pizza and bless that poor stressed out manager was a blessing! Pizza was so fresh and tasty! Will be ordering from again in the future! So professional and great with customers!    Read moreWe ordered online after calling and being told there was no delivery. Fine, it was a 5 minute drive from our hotel. We get there to an empty place and all 3 workers outside smoking. When we walked in they looked surprised to see a customer though we were greeted. They then realized they had not put my pizza in the oven. It was already made minus cheese andin the cooler. They scrambled to finish it and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she quickly processed a transaction but did not tell me what she did. The receipt said future credit. I asked what she did and she said its a credit for when you come back. I advised this would not work as we were not from there. She then refunded my money. They were quick to get my pizza out and it clearly needed a good 3-5 more minutes because it was undercooked and doughy. This kind of stuff may be why pizza huts are disappearing at an alarming rate.
