Julie at the front desk called at 6:50 in the morning telling us that we needed to come pay the pet fee. This woke us up from sleep. We had already paid the pet fee upon check in. In fact, we were told that they could not accept credit card for the pet fee and asked us to pay cash only. When we went to hand in the room key, I complained to Julie about this and she denied that she had called us that early. Overall she was dismissive and rude. This should have been communicated or noted at shift change, but instead we were woken up and yelled at over the phone. The room itself was tolerable at first but overnight the AC leaked and gave off a very awful musty smell. On closer inspection, the mattress had stains, the toiletries were covered in dirt, and the floor had not been properly swept. Hotel employees were not wearing masks, walking around in the hallways and I doubt any covid protocols were being followed.

Horribly rude worker at desk. Room is clean but bed cover had a hole in it upon entering the room. Worker said they will inspect the room and if even a speck of dust or a single crumb is found we lose the $50 deposit. Sink upon entering was dirty and sticky. Walls are very thin you can hear all noise from other rooms. The metal bottoms to the beds were making a loud bag even when the covers brushed them. They have giant paintings as headboards which is a safety hazard. Only wheelchair accessible area was the front lobby yet they advertise as all exits are with ramps. There are no ramps. Only 2 handicap parking spots in entire parking lot. Made sure to take pictures of entire room before I so much as sat my bags down. Only one key for a room with four guests one of which is disabled and wheelchair bound. Hard to drive through small parking lot.

We were told by the manager that the room we requested was not available and had to take one that was 30.00 more. After we were in the room we checked the site, this was not true but we were too tired to argue. The light in the bathroom didn't work. The towel bar was broke off. There was something that had dropped down the wall and wasn't cleaned off (didn't see that until the morning when there was light in the room). The freezer in the fridge was clogged up with ice. There was no one at the desk to check out on the morning. The breakfast was raisin bran, frosted flakes and bread. It lists that there is an oitside grill, it was covered in bird poop. This place was mostly terrible. The room was pleasant enough and the beds were comfortable.

Worst Hotel Experience EVER. We were blessed the 12/10/21 Tornado missed our home by three miles. The destruction was terrible. We were so lucky we only lost power and heat and came here. Right away the woman at the counter was rude while we checked in. Asking if in an accusingly way if we had dogs with us. Before we finished checking in she asked two more times if we had dogs with us. The next morning the woman behind the counter asked in a rude way what my wife and 8 year old daughter were doing at the breakfast coffee area in the lobby. They were looking for salt. She asked my wife AGAIN if we had dogs here. My wife invited her to come see for herself. I was told when I checked in that I could extend my stay but when I called to extend for two more nights I was told by the woman at the desk that I would have to move into a single King room, I explained that I had my temporary office set up and it would be a great inconvenience to break down my office in the middle of working and set up again in another room. She said if they had a cancellation that I could stay. I asked her why I was told I could extend my stay the day before? I asked if there was any way at all I could stay in this room. The Manager jumped on the phone and started shouting. He now said there were NO rooms available. But he would call me if there was a cancellation. I asked why the story changed. Did the single King room that his wife offered suddenly get taken? He kept shouting there were no rooms. By now I have run out of patience and I asked Who was making up a story? Him or his wife because we now have two stories. He became enraged. Screaming and yelling incoherently and hung up. I went down to the lobby to talk to this man and he came from the back of the office shouting and screaming in front of other guests. He even threatened to call 911 on me. He kept shouting there is the door. I do not want your business. I don't care if I had a cancellation I would never give it to you! There is the door. If you have read this far. Stay far from this place. They treat their...

Worst hotel ever! Charged me 50 dollars extra for my two year old, 17 year old and my 57 year old mother. We had a two bed room. There was my fiancé, my daughters, my mom, and myself. That was just the start... there was popcorn on the floor, coffee on the sheets obviously not cleaned, the air conditioner was not working, and they didn’t have a elevator for my mother who could barely make it up the stairs. When informed they offered to switch me the a lower level room for 30 more I declined because we were already paying 120 for a crappy hotel room that we couldn’t get out of then they called and said some stuff about us being in the room for thirty minutes and that I heard wrong when I asked if it would be more to move downstairs and she said yes 30. At that point she said they would take off 20 for the downstairs at this point we declined because we thought the air was working finally. We left and came back four hours later the room was so hot we were sweating my mom called and requested a fan so I went downstairs and she came out in her pajamas they gave me their personal fan and she asked if the air was set to high at 60 and I said yes and she said are you sure because this is a new problem this was just replaced two months ago at this point I offered her to come feel it if she liked she said yes so I went upstairs she never came it was about ten at night so I called and asked if she was coming she said yeah and came up went to the air and pushed some stuff and said it’s at 60 and I said yeah that’s what I said and as you can feel it’s still hot and she said this is a new issue and maybe because the room is so big it isn’t cooling and then left. So we slept in a hot room all night and we were scared to even drink the coffee because there was a sign downstairs that said if anything is missing then 100 will be charged to your account. Worst...

We booked this room through Expedia as we were passing through town. The ENTIRE experience was AWFUL! I have never had such an issue with a hotel in all my life and we travel ALOT. The entire hotel had an awful smell. When I got there to check in , the front desk lady (assuming manager) said she needed to go check my room, might I add that this was at about 11 pm so why would it need checked? When we got to the room. It was so awful. The office chair in the room was covered in white substance and even had white fingerprints on the back of it. There were things in the cabinets remaining from previous guests or whoever was in there. The pillowcases had mucous or something dried on them. We went to ask for a refund. The lady said she could not refund because it was booked online. Expedia customer service tried twice to request a refund for us and they refused! I called the hotel to discuss why and the lady YELLED at me telling me that my room was clean and that she offered me another room. If that was her version of clean, of course we do not want another room! After arguing with me and calling me a liar, she hung up on me! Please do not waste your money on this room. There is a very nice hotel down the road with awesome staff and...
