China Buffet — Restaurant in Eddyville

I’ve always been a big fan of this place and have always enjoyed their food always have given it high praises but not anymore. Me, my mom, my grandmother and my uncle just did two big to go orders and when my mom went to pay for hers and my uncles order she rang everything up and wants to claim after the fact that she “forgot” to ring up something and charged an extra $9 to the bill. Well we got home with mine and my grandmothers food we got everything out and noticed they gave me the complete opposite of what I ordered and when I called them to try and fix it they want to say it was my fault and that I ordered the wrong thing and won’t do anything to fix it or won’t even give me what I was suppose to get and won’t do anything at all to alleviate the situation just keeps telling me I’m wrong. They were rude and they won’t be getting anymore business...

Food great, service terrible !! My wife and I are disabled and got seated at a table (for 4) a long ways away from the buffet and my wife couldn't walk that far. I found a table (for 2) much closer and they got mad. They were extremely busy that day and you'd think this would benefit them to seat more customers. They threw our napkins across the table and we waited quite a while for drink refills. My wife asked to speak to a manager and they told her - No Manager, No Manager !! then they just turned and walked away while we were talking to them !! Past visits here were great but this was just horrible today. 2 weekend buffets were $30+. It'll be a long time before we think about eating here again, and we traveled from Princeton KY. Hope your experience is much better...

We got there early before 5. Buffet was full with varied selections. Wanton soup, egg drop soup, egg foo young, Beef & broccoli, chicken fried rice, chicken & mushrooms, General Tsao, honey chicken, fried crab, catfish, buttered potatoes, spring rolls, egg rolls, fried shrimp, peel & eat shrimp, chicken on a stick & more. The crab rangoon was very good. Good desserts- banana pudding, chocolate pudding, chocolate cake, mini eclairs, donuts, macaroons & more. As soon as something was low they filled it back up.
