The food is great, but their service is terrible.
We ordered to a hotel, room# provided. Their delivery driver decided to leave our order OUTSIDE in the wind, on a bench near the front door. We received a call but there was no audio, no indication that it was regarding our order, and no further communication from them. Checked the lobby for our order and asked the hotel clerk if anyone left it with her. Didn't see it obviously, as we didn't think to check the bench outside.
After about an hour of waiting, my wife called the store to ask for a status update. They told us it's been delivered "to the girl" and that it was "put on the table". She informs them that it never made it to us, and they kept asking her to "talk to the girl". Checked with the hotel clerk again, and the clerk found it out on the bench and brought it to us, but most of the order was missing and the pizza was of course ice cold.
Wife called back to ask for a refund or remake. After a few minutes of repeatedly explaining the situation and asking for a resolution, they agreed to remake the order. We waited in the lobby for them this time. Two pizza karma employees showed up, a manager (I'm assuming) and the original driver.
Provided the name on the order and they confirmed it was for us, but then the manager became too focused on arguing with the hotel clerk instead of handing us our order. I asked "excuse me, could we please have our order?" and the manager told me they had to sort out the issue of the previous delivery first. After waiting for her to stop arguing with the clerk she finally hands us our order, and takes a picture of my wife holding our order for some reason.
Wild. Not going to order...
Read moreI used to have a saying. “The worst pizza I’ve ever had was still pretty good”. I officially can no longer say that. We ordered 4 pizzas tonight for a party of 6. One was a basic cheese pizza for a ten year old who wasn’t feeling adventurous. The other pizzas included a street corn pizza and a pulled pork pizza. For your information the pulled pork pizza has cinnamon spiced apples on it. This ingredient is not disclosed on the menu board and is one of many things that essentially ruins the entire “pizza”. The pork by itself is amazingly good. I’d love the recipe just for that but the pizza as a whole is awful. Nobody could get past the first bite. I just picked off the pork. The street corn pizza was equally unpalatable but in a different way. Surprisingly the cheese pizza for the kid was the most offensive. Incredibly sweet sauce with an off flavor that probably has never been put on a publicly served pizza before now. We were hoping this would have been a safe choice. We were wrong. So why two stars and not one? They made an attempt. It’s the Apple Store of restaurants. Automated hand washing tubes (yes you read that right), bottom filled beers, glass windowed kitchen, high end soda machine, eco friendly materials and friendly service. Huge kudos on that. However, in the end, 99% of the pizza we ordered ended up in the garage and we left hungry. We’re world travelers and adventurous eaters but this was a tough slice to swallow. ...
Read moreOct 5, 2022: Went back again. Both the pizzas and non pizza options have increased a lot. Ordered a Vada Pav and Paneer Tikka Pizza and both were good. Still not at all comparable to what I am used to but for MN this is really good and authentic Indian. Also huge value for money as tough to get the pizzas with that much toppings and in 100% compostable utensils in this price.

Finally tried the food! Fusion of Indian and Italian food. Not an average Indian place but a clean, very well designed modern looking place. Also earth friendly.
My review of this place is comparing this to desi pizzas available in San Francisco Bay Area. So please bear with me.
Ordered the pan seared slices of potato and veggies. super thin pizza. The taste is neither Indian nor Italian. The toppings were very spicy and too sour. The base is not an authentic naan. Naan needs to be soft and crispy, it was none. It not even tasted like the base of thin pizzas I have tried in Europe. I will not call this a naan pizza. Definitely a Tandoori roti pizza.Cheese still needed 1 more minute in oven.
Definitely well tried but needs more work. The garbanzo beans were very well cooked and taste. I will recommend them to create a garbanzo pizza.
Will be back to try the...
