I am so disappointed, I had such high expectations. I recently had Chick-fil-A for the first time this past weekend. I realized that I have been missing out on the best quick service restaurant for so long. They have so many healthy options and the quality of food is unmatched. Not to mention the service is some of the best you will ever get. I’m so saddened because I placed my order here and I got a number one chicken sandwich, just a sandwich,an ice cream cone and water. The ice cream itself was really good, but there was a weird hole in the middle of the cone that had no ice cream in it and it was kind of weird. I worked at Dairy Queen for years and I have never seen that before. Even with the ice cream cone, I would’ve gave them five stars. The reason they only got three is because of my chicken sandwich. When I first bit into the chicken sandwich from the Bloomington location, I felt like Remy from the movie Ratatouille. I could feel that my bread was soggy and reheated up from the outside of the packaging. Upon pulling out the sandwich, my fears were confirmed, and the bread was in fact, soggy, and felt reheated up. Then bit into the sandwich to give it a try only to be met with lukewarm meat. My only conclusion is that someone else recently ordered a chicken sandwich and then didn’t get it for whatever reason so they reheated it in whatever system and then served it to me. It was a major letdown. I am so sad because I thought I found the new best quick service restaurant for me and my household only for a different location to not be even close to the quality of food as another location. Read moreOrdered 3 meals. Ordered a chocolate shake and received a vanilla. Ordered a side of Mac and cheese and didn't get it. Unfortunately, didn't realize I didn't get what I ordered and paid for until I got home. I called and Amanda answered. I explained what happened and I received no apology or ownership at all. She immediately asked for my receipt. I told her it was in the car and I'm not going outside to get itop but I scanned my app and she should be able to see it through that. She replied and said I can look it up through that but it's harder and takes more time. Then said call back tomorrow when I have the receipt. I'm a regional property manager for class A properties and if I had one of my staff respond in that way I would be embarrassed. Completely unacceptable. Also this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong at this location. Definitely wouldn't recommend going to this location. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed. Update: I just visited this location again and I received very poor food again. My sandwich was cold and literally the smallest chicken breast I've ever seen from chick-fil-A. Read moreI was very excited to try this new Chick-fil-A! But after being here I am not sure I will be coming back for a while until they get new staff members. I decided to go into the store Because I wanted to see the layout of the restaurant. There is hardly a lobby and not many people can fit. We stood in line for at least 10-15 minutes. When we came to order the team member was not happy to be there, was very slow. I know it takes a while to learn the menus, but at peak hours have someone who can get through the line fast and know the menu. Then my friend needed some more condiments so he went to the pick up area to speak to someone about that, and he waited there for 5 minutes before waving someone over that he needed help.
