China Wok — Restaurant in Edgewater Park Township

Those of you know that Avery birthday was yesterday and his birthday money was burning in his pocket. Avery decided that he wanted Chinese food for dinner. Well, his food was delivered and he gave the delivery guy the money for his food and I realized that the exchange was going on a little too long, so I asked him what's going on and Avery said that the guy shorted changed him and bout this time, the guy proceeded to call Avery a MOTHERF@@K and a Ni&&er while putting his hands in my baby face. As I was coming towards the guy he ran into his car. I called China Wok to let them know what just happened that I was on my way up there and to make sure that the delivery guy don't leave. When I got to China Wok, one of the gentleman working there let me know that the driver doesn't speak English that well and not to add insult to the situation offer us something to drink to make the situation better. I told the owner that the gentleman said the word Ni&&er to easy and if he says it so quickly that means that yall call us that on the regular. Please DO NOT SUPPORT CHINA WOK IN...

My NEW Favorite restaurant.

Recently started getting food from China Wok. Have to say, as someone who has worked at and eaten family style regularly at Chinese Restaurants in my past, I am extremely hard to please.

Everything is fresh, broccoli snaps when you bite into it. Portions are just right. Wonton soup is flavorful and wontons the perfect texture. In addition, they weren't put off with my requests, which I immediately offered to pay the difference for. As I said, I am a pain. Husband has a new favorite, which is General Tso's (insert protein here, LOL).

Seriously, from taking your order and ensuring it is correct, to the chefs cooking your food, right thru to delivery, everyone has been so very kind and super friendly. And did I mention, delivery has always brought us food that is H.O.T.

Please note that my review is written nowhere near as amazingly as their food tastes, so forgive me. I just cannot do them justice.

I've visited many Chinese Restaurants across the world while traveling, and I only have one thing to say--astonishing. The lady at the front who handles virtually everything is beyond professional to say the very least, she handles it all! from the phone to even the packaging. Not to mention, there is sometimes a guy who seems to be very professional as well! The food is quickly made with top-notch quality, and most importantly FRESH. Even their delivery is extra quick usually ranging from 10-30 minutes, it is immaculate. Their services are superb to say the very least and you will be left hornswoggled by their professional environment and their staff. I could go on and on but I'll end it here--easily one of my favorite go-to restaurants...
