Walked in about 2 pm and there was no aknowledgement of my entry (even though all staff right next to the door). Person working the counter just going on loudly about who they did or did not owe money to. I looked around for a bit trying to find coffee. Finally found it and attempted to get some. Came out clear, told the person working at the desk. They said try it again. I did and then said, "yup, still clear." The person at the counter got another man to come out and he himself tried it (just in case I was totally wrong the first two times I suppose). Then asked me to wait while they made it. In the mean time the person working at the counter was quite chatty and decided to ask me if I had kids (would he have asked a man my age the same question?) I said nope not yet. He replied, "no kids??? But your ready, right?" ...I only filled the cup of coffee up halfway, so he didn't charge me, so I'll give them that. But warning if you are a female you may be asked questions that are no one's business and your ability to discern what is or is not coffee may...

The young guy who works the front counter does not know how to talk to people. AT ALL he gets in defense mode quickly and will start to yell at you and if you get loud back then it will quickly become a yelling match. I’ve had two horrible experiences with him and even had to call the police when he refused to give me the food. He talks to the kitchen staff with a nasty tone Two other gentlemen who claimed to be the owners say they will talk to him BUT his attitude only changes for about a week if you go back he will apologize to you but then quickly will return to the same nasty attitude and tone when or if you return again. I’ve had a few customers tell me that he iS ALWAYS like that and it’s the reason they stop going. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended getting taking off 3rd party platforms for extremely long wait time and horrible...
