I have had different experiences in the past with Subway in general, which is why I do not go often. The staff wasn't nice but they weren't mean either, they were "meh." When I walked in they were cleaning up. I had a coupon, that wasn't applied to the transaction, I didn't know that until I got home. I realized the coupon couldn't be used because what I purchased didn't meet the requirements...okay well I was fine with that, but if I couldn't use the coupon the lady didn't bother to give it back so that I could use it in the future. While I have never had a problem before, this time it seemed like they didn't have a code or key for 50% off. I had a coupon for buy one, get one 50% off and was told the biggest discount they could give me was the employee discount for 40% and they would give me a bag of chips for free. The employee that took my order and ranh me up was great and very helpful. I know she tried to find the way to make it happen.
