I have been a customer of this place for years and I never had any issues before. Today, I ordered Unagi Box Set and when I received it, it was only Unagi and 1 miso soup. I asked the cashier, Chelsy, about the tempura that is showing in the picture above Unagi Box Set. She replied with an attitude, “No, it doesn’t come with tempura. That’s all you get”. I was disappointed with her response and told her the picture has tempura. She responded, “I didn’t put that picture, my manager did”. I told her that her restaurant puts that picture and your organization did it. I took the tray and walked away. But she yelled “I can refund the money”. So, I walked back to her station and made her refund the money and left the food on their counter (She gave that food to another customer). I also requested to talk to a manager and she said there is no manager at this time. The issues here are: 1) The picture they put above “Unagi Box Set” is 100% misleading and I want to report to Better Business Bureau.
