1 star – Worst experience ever.
I honestly have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a restaurant – and that says a lot. We spent over $95 on our order, and what we got was an absolute joke. We ordered multiple plates with different proteins – like Gyros, chicken, etc. – and on EVERY SINGLE PLATE one protein was missing. Every time! Without exception! This wasn’t a small mistake – it was sloppy, careless, or just flat-out dishonest.
How can you charge nearly $100 and then only deliver half of what was ordered? This is beyond disappointing – it’s a scam.
Of course, we called the restaurant right away, hoping it was just a misunderstanding. But the manager literally hung up on us mid-call. No explanation – just hung up! And when we tried calling again, they stopped answering entirely. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Eventually, we got someone on the phone – supposedly the owner – and honestly, that was even worse. Not once did she apologize. Not even a hint of “sorry” or concern. Instead, she kept insisting that the portions were “correct” – even though it was 100% obvious that they were missing items. How shameless can you be? She spoke to us like we were the problem, when all we did was pay for a full meal and expect to receive it.
We’ve known this restaurant for years – not regulars, but definitely returning customers – and after this, we will NEVER order from here again.
And we will be telling everyone we know to avoid this place at all costs. If this is how you treat paying customers – with zero accountability and zero care – then you don’t deserve our business.

I placed an order totaling over $95 and what we received was honestly shocking. Each plate we ordered was supposed to include multiple proteins – such as gyros and chicken – but on every single one, one protein was missing. Not once, not twice – every plate was incomplete. For the price we paid, this is just plain outrageous.
We immediately tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, and the experience got even worse. The manager hung up on us mid-conversation – no explanation, no attempt to make it right. After that, they refused to answer our calls altogether.
Eventually, we got through and spoke to someone who identified herself as the owner. Unfortunately, that conversation was no better. There was zero apology, no sense of responsibility, and she kept insisting the orders were “correct” – even though one look at the plates clearly showed they weren’t. Her attitude was dismissive and borderline rude. She didn’t even pretend to care about fixing the issue.
We’ve ordered from this place in the past, but after this experience, we’re done. We won’t be coming back, and we strongly suggest others avoid this restaurant too.
Spending that kind of money and getting such poor service – both in terms of food and customer care – is unacceptable. If this is how they handle problems, they shouldn’t be surprised when customers...

The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude, showed no willingness to help, and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to answer. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.
I also spoke with the owner, hoping for a better resolution, but unfortunately, she did not handle the situation well either. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right.
