Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Edina

I love Jersey Mike's. My wife and I split a sub twice a month for a lunch date. However, I went in yesterday and found a long hair in our sandwich. Honestly, not that big of a deal. It is what it is. But what stuck with was how the staff looked. All the ladies working there looked so sad. No one said hello or even smiled once. No one working there was talking or even acknowledging customers except asking them what they wanted. The manager who was a middle aged woman who looked so unhappy and her entire demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like she was upset and her employees had to deal with the brunt it? Left a 20% tip. No "Thanks" or "Have a nice day" or anything after paying for my food. Last time I was here I was greeted by staff that looked like they actually wanted to be there and enjoyed working with each other. I understand that people have bad days, but this is just unprofessional. I will remember this next time I go to get food for a lunch date...

I don't need to sell you on the food. They make the best Philly and Cold Subs around, with great consistency each visit. No need to doubt that at all. I'm writing this to sell you on the service...

I visited on Saturday, Feb 1st, 2020, around 7:30PM. Whoever greeted us and took our orders was simply one of the most kind and genuine people I've ever met. The whole staff is wonderful as well, but whoever you are (forgot to get a name), know that you made our ordinary Saturday night extraordinary.

Thank you Jersey Mike's for your top notch service whenever/wherever I visit. But a big special thanks to this individual. You went beyond customer service duty and were simply everything anyone could hope for in any interaction -- a human being....

I stop in this location cause i seen that it was still open. Brought my child inside and the associate yell to my child It's closed. I got there at 8:50 Which i understand it was later than expected. But it clearly wasn't closed cause the doors would have been locked. I asked him why would he yell across the counter it's closed before we even enter the door. The associate was rude and the other worker joined in a said i was a lil aggressive. Instead of apologizing for not helping me when it was clearly open. I asked for his name he said it was Malik and I proceeded to leave. At this point i will not return to this location. I have went to jersey Mikes for years and the service has went down...
