Placed a large order online for delivery for a birthday party about an hour and a half in advance, and there were still several issues. One of the pizzas showed up with incorrect toppings. We also ordered two 18pc wings ($27.99 each) and 10 ranch cups (.99¢ each). One order of wings and eight ranch cups were missing. Because we were renting a park space for the party and things were a little chaotic, there wasn’t anything to do except make do. After the party, I called the store to ask for a refund of the $36 (before tax) for the missing items (I did not ask for compensation for the pizza; one showed up, it was just incorrect) and the person on the phone said they could refund me $17. Each time I asked for clarification the person at the store would talk over me with asking, “hello ma’am” as if he couldn’t hear me or “yes ma’am” — after asking twice he continued to insist that the total was correct and that my card would accept the refund in the next day or two. I did not get any sort of refund receipt in order to see what sort of math happened there. This was a substantial amount of missing/incorrect food and only a ~50% refund of the missing items, so I decided to call the corporate customer service line for better assistance, and hopefully, some itemized clarity. I was then told by the customer service associate that only a senior manager could issue a refund, and that they would call me back in 2-3 business days. While everyone was polite, I am very disappointed at the poor communication and the fact that our party had less options than everyone anticipated for food. I also know just how unlikely a call back is, having worked in customer service — call volume usually is high enough that folks can’t get around to checking on previous messages. So ultimately, my issues are unresolved. And as a side note, I think it might be helpful for others to know that this store does not staff delivery drivers; instead, they used DoorDash to deliver the order.
Updating: it has been two weeks. Corporate never called me back, they stopped replying to my emails after promising a manager would be in touch. Whoever it is that replied to this review and asked for me to email them also never responded to that email, and yesterday I received an automated message thanking me for “sharing your feedback” and “choosing Pizza Hut” so don’t expect anything to...

I ordered at about 4:15pm. Food was meant to arrive at about 5 according to the app. At 5 it had not arrived. I waited until about 6 and it still hadn't gotten there. I called the store and let them know I had ordered about 2 hours ago and was still waiting on food. He told me it was out for delivery and to be patient. An hour later at 7pm my food was still not here.
I called the store again and had to call back about 10 times before they finally answered the phone. At this point I didn't want to deal with it anymore and asked to cancel my order. I could hear the guy I had talked to both times, loudly asking another employee "where's the pizza?" making me wonder if he actually looked up my order at all the first time I called, how could it be "out for delivery" if he later had no idea what happened to the order? He was nice enough to cancel my order and send a refund though, will see if I actually get it...
I love Pizza hut but it's probably going to be a while before I order from this...
Read moreThis place is absolute garbage. I placed an order for delivery at 12:16PM that was supposed to deliver by 12:46PM. I call at 115PM because I don’t have my order, someone answers at tells me they say on their end it should be delivered by 130PM. I wait until 145PM to call again, I get no answer. I drive over to Pizza Hut and their doors are locked and lights are off. I try calling again and get someone from customer service who tries to transfer me back to the store, which doesn’t answer. I call again 3x more times and customer service keeps transferring me to someone else and no can refund me for the pizza. While I’m doing this, a guy comes out of the Caribou with coffee and a snack and lets himself into Pizza Hut. I try to shout to get his attention but he either didn’t hear me or ignored me. I ran to the door and knocked on it, he saw me and kept walking away and didn’t answer the door. In the 15 minutes I’ve been here I’ve watched more than 5 people try to come get pizza with no success.
