Chef Express!!! Remember that name. We were passing by and the name caught our eye, meal prep and soul food. Wife and I had an entree from the MoTown section. I had the Hennessey Honey glazed fried salmon, sits on a bed of dirty rice and I picked the collard greens and sweet potatoes.😳💥 Wife had the fried shrimp on dirty rice with a side of Mac and cheese and black eyed peas, oh and can't forget the cornbread.💥💥 Freshly made great food. Family owned and the nicest people you'll ever meet. Thanks Chef Ty and wife Amanda for making us feel welcomed and speaking with us....

Absolutely the most amazing meal preps and protein donuts I have ever tried in my life!! Most definitely very delicious on point and healthy!! Its fast, easy and affordable!!
