Ok let me start off with I came to trying this place with an open mind. I love trying new places! But I would not attempt to go back myself.
So the food was warm and for the platter was a good size. We got the botana (Iām assuming for 4) which was 40$. The platter we got with general tso, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. It came accompanied with lo mein, āfried rice ā (lit just brown rice), 2 spring rolls, 2 crab wontons, and 2 shrimp tempuras. The lo mein is the only thing I kept eating, enough said. The orange chicken was too small and the general tso was too big. The food is what gets the stars.
Moving onto the owner. Which btw did not want to provide a name( as a business owner how you tell a customer you donāt need my name goes beyond me) anyway her attitude was definitely not someone I would want to do business with. And when I began to speak to her in the same way she became defensive and right away stated āyou are on speakerā. Ok maāam Iām not hiding or yelling or being rude just defending myself as a customer. I called in asking for the platter they had just posted on their Facebook page: which she then responded to what I post a lot so idk what I post( what a great business owner right?) anyway I advised itās the only post she has done today and she continues with well go to google and tell me Iām like excuse me ( on the post it was just a picture and offering the platter, which to me itās already made like that) she then proceeds to saying sheās anxious cuz thereās a lot of people (again as a business owner you put your feelings aside and strive for the success of your business) I said thatās fine but the way she was responding was not a proper way- basically excuse after excuse.
Overall I read all the reviews and her responses. And not impressed.

Btw I sent my husband for pick up and she went to tell him about the incident which why would you - business hereās the food and itās whatever amount and your done.

**Edit: again instead of accepting her feedback she goes more into excuses. A. Her Facebook post said come try our botana. So one is to assume itās a ready botana not pick your own. B. As an owner take some ownership of what you do and say and stop making excuses. ( I only told you it was on speaker because thatās how the phone works) no maam you know what you did. C. If we wouldāve taken over 30 min as a restaurant you would think to call especially when you have the time frame. So no we did not take 30 min. Again excuses made up. D. If you were so busy you couldāve instead said Iām sorry we can not take orders over the Phone as my establishment is busy- not once did you state that only when I mentioned u weāre being rude and you brought up your anxiety. Responding to your response to my review! First of all I wasn't upset at the fact that you don't serve a la carta that's just how what you think. And even if I did tell you everything was okay I still have the right to express my over all experience at your establishment. Why do you always have to attack a negative review???
