Ok let me start off with I came to trying this place with an open mind. I love trying new places! But I would not attempt to go back myself.

So the food was warm and for the platter was a good size. We got the botana (I’m assuming for 4) which was 40$. The platter we got with general tso, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. It came accompanied with lo mein, ā€œfried rice ā€œ (lit just brown rice), 2 spring rolls, 2 crab wontons, and 2 shrimp tempuras. The lo mein is the only thing I kept eating, enough said. The orange chicken was too small and the general tso was too big. The food is what gets the stars.

Moving onto the owner. Which btw did not want to provide a name( as a business owner how you tell a customer you don’t need my name goes beyond me) anyway her attitude was definitely not someone I would want to do business with. And when I began to speak to her in the same way she became defensive and right away stated ā€œyou are on speakerā€. Ok ma’am I’m not hiding or yelling or being rude just defending myself as a customer. I called in asking for the platter they had just posted on their Facebook page: which she then responded to what I post a lot so idk what I post( what a great business owner right?) anyway I advised it’s the only post she has done today and she continues with well go to google and tell me I’m like excuse me ( on the post it was just a picture and offering the platter, which to me it’s already made like that) she then proceeds to saying she’s anxious cuz there’s a lot of people (again as a business owner you put your feelings aside and strive for the success of your business) I said that’s fine but the way she was responding was not a proper way- basically excuse after excuse.

Overall I read all the reviews and her responses. And not impressed.

Btw I sent my husband for pick up and she went to tell him about the incident which why would you - business here’s the food and it’s whatever amount and your done.

**Edit: again instead of accepting her feedback she goes more into excuses. A. Her Facebook post said come try our botana. So one is to assume it’s a ready botana not pick your own. B. As an owner take some ownership of what you do and say and stop making excuses. ( I only told you it was on speaker because that’s how the phone works) no maam you know what you did. C. If we would’ve taken over 30 min as a restaurant you would think to call especially when you have the time frame. So no we did not take 30 min. Again excuses made up. D. If you were so busy you could’ve instead said I’m sorry we can not take orders over the Phone as my establishment is busy- not once did you state that only when I mentioned u we’re being rude and you brought up your anxiety. (As someone with anxiety if I was ever in a position where I would compromise myself or my business...

What a disappointment!!! This place is definitely overrated. The portion sizes were small, my rice and lo mein was cold, and broccoli was way under cooked. Came here because I was told that this place was the spot. My sons food was just the same as disappointing. It's definitely not worth all the hype. Should have just gone to Panda 🐼 Express. Panda panda panda šŸŽ¶šŸŽ¶ there's many things that definitely could have been better. The botanas look good, but that's all they do. They don't do a la carta, so you have to buy a full meal to get what you want. I guess that's why they have small portions to get you to buy more.I'm so disappointed now I have to go somewhere else to buy more food so I can get full.

Responding to your response to my review! First of all I wasn't upset at the fact that you don't serve a la carta that's just how what you think. And even if I did tell you everything was okay I still have the right to express my over all experience at your establishment. Why do you always have to attack a negative review??? Take it for what it is and make it better. It's not my fault that your food wasn't what I was told it would be like I said it was okay, and that it. Definitely not what I was told about this place. Even after we got done with our appetizer portions I still had to take my son to go eat somewhere else so he can get full. The food is poor quality, I honestly think the rice is imitation. My wife is Asian and I have never had rice like that in my life and we eat tons of varieties of rice, there is definitely something suspicious about the rice. the service is fantastic, friendly people, clean restaurant. The food is just super cheap. Although there is plenty of it, it just isn't good quality at all. The Spring Rolls are plain awful. These guys do load a plate, and they are nice but this food ranks below McDonalds as far as quality. I sincerely don't trust the ingredients and won't eat here again. But hey, if you don't care what you put in your body then this place is for you! I saw lots of really big people eating here so they like it. Me, well, I like good quality food at reasonable prices., not piles of cheap calories to graze on. But a lot of people like that, they don't care if the food is real or not, they just wanna chow down. They do.have a couple things that taste alright but we are gonna move on due to food quality. To be fair we no longer eat at Applebee's, chili's, Olive Garden and more due to them buying cheaper and cheaper food, these guys aren't alone in the poor...

A literal hidden gem! Located right in the corner of the plaza, I was only interested because I was walking to my car and smelled it in the air. Making me crave asian food and looking up near by asian restaurants. Support small businessesā£ļø I could definitely understand the other reviews but please note that they are short-staffed and locally owned by a couple. The wife is very welcoming and sweet, making sure to cater to any needs while the husband I’m assuming is in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re craving panda express as this place just leans more towards the authentic side. Large portions for cheap prices. I had only ordered 1/2 an entree of general tso’s chicken and didn’t even come close to finishing it. The chicken was definitely a 10/10 as it was very crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I also don’t really like eggrolls but this place makes them well. Though I only ordered general tso’s chicken, I’d definitely be coming again.
