Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edinburg

Let me make some things clear. And get some things off my chest, because I used to work here and I'm tired of people complaining about the over charging and the self serviced service.

-Why do they charge for cheese and pepper? Because the company wants to make money and that's not a choice this particular restaurant made. Pizza Hut was bought by other company and they made a lot of changes, so much so that they don't give employees discounts on there meals anymore. That's how badly they want to make a bigger profit.

Also if you so willing to spend 18$-50$ on your meals. Then you should be willing to spend .50 cents on 6 packs of chess and pepper. That's basically less then .25 cents per pack. Don't be a cheap ass, do the math. (Let alone tip the cashier/waiter 1$ at the very least.) If your on budget, why the hell did you even go out to eat in the first place. Your better off cooking at home and using that money to buy a week's worth of groceries, instead of one time meal.

If you don't like the self service style of this restaurant, fine whatever it's up to you. But here's an idea, go the PH on Closner st in Edinburg, which is only 8 minutes away they have the traditional restraurant service that every unappreciative lazy ass carves. Seriously is it that hard to stand up, walk less then 10 seconds away towards the soda refill machine and the go back to your table. Are people that lazy?

Dont put it out on the workers or managers they didn't ask for the changes to be made, the company did. So complain to...

This was the worst experience of my life. I have never been to a pizza hut that was so unorganized. When i first got there the worker was running all over the place trying to get everyone’s order. There was a lack of workers and it took forever to get attended. Finally we place the order once we were sitting down and we wait for a whole hour while we see everyone else get their food which they had came after us. The worker comes and tells us she will check on our order after a whole hour of waiting and then she just never comes back. I go up to her and tell her it’s been an hour and she says “Really, omg ?!?” like if she had no idea. Like um didn’t you just go check on our order like 20 minutes ago ??? So then she comes back to our table and says “Your order wasn’t processed” So i was in SHOOK AND INFURIATED!!!!! We had been there for a whole hour or more just to get told that our order wasn’t processed. KEEP IN MIND that everyone and their grandmas had gotten their food already even though they came after us. This service was horrible and i do not recommend to anyone. Walked in at 7p with a pregnant friend. We were the only table, and the waiter was completely unattentive other than to pressure us to leave. She started vacuuming pretty much on our feet, insisting on the spot next to us ( @9p they close at 12a)

Since we didn't take the hint, a second later the manager comes to ask if everything is alright? 'Since we hadn't paid the tab' and asking us 'why not?'. Saying that they've had incidents of people not paying in the past ???

The manager(?) Seemed to be turning away guests attempting to dine in, at the register. Telling them they weren't taking dine in orders anymore (@9p)

There was ants on the windowsill, the place smelled musty, our waiter had a mystery guest (15yr old girl sitting in a booth next to us) not dining and constantly stopping by to talk to said girl, spider webs in the female rr. And at the end, the manager shamelesly asks if we're gonna tip. ??
