I do NOT write reviews BUT this one most definitely needs one!
Went to subway around 8:45 p.m. and there were two ladies in the dining lobby. I went to the counter to place my order and the gentleman was very attentive and took my order accordingly. By the time he charged me it was 8:55 p.m. I placed my stuff on top of a table so I may dine. I went to go get my drink (sweet tea) however I noticed the tea containers were missing. I go back to the front counter and ask the gentleman who assisted me / made my sandwich if they had sweet tea in the back. He responded “No, we don’t. Also, the dinning lobby closes at 9 p.m. We will be locking the doors after the ladies leave.” I said “Okay, but can’t I just eat my sandwich. I won’t take long and it’s only me who is dining in.” He said “That’s fine”. As I am almost done with my subway a lady named Megan came up to me at 9:05 p.m. telling me “Ma’am the dinning lobby is closed. It closes at 9 and you need to leave.” I responded “May I just finished my subway? The man said I can stay here and finish it”. She replied “No, you need to leave right now. I can not lock the doors while you are inside. It’s against “policy”. I said “Who is the manager right now?” Megan claims she was the manager. I asked who was above her which she named a man named Ricky. I asked for his phone number which she states she would not provided. Then I asked for the store manager / owners number and she told me “You can google that”. Therefore, I asked what time does Ricky work which she states the following day at 10 a.m. I told Megan the “manager” I won’t leave till I am done with my subway. Which I did, I stayed till I was done with my subway. As I was heading out the gentleman who helped me earlier apologized to me for his manager being extremely rude. I said it was fine and walked out. If I could give this place 0/5 I most definitely WOULD. Megan was extremely rude. Who ever is the owner of this subway needs to fire the current employee who are disrespectful and hire more employees who are willing to work : have good customer service. Never have I ever experienced such rude management before. This subway needs a wake up call. I would never go this subway again. Read moreI went here on March 2, 2023 in the afternoon. A young man assisted me and he was very rude and very slow. A young girl was there too, she helped another customer and was rather fast and attentive. I bought a combo which came with a drink and so when I went to get my drink they were out of Diet Coke. I came back to the counter and I told them they had no Diet Coke but I had already paid for it. I looked back and saw they had bottled Diet Coke so I grabbed one and I was going to pay for it. I asked if I would get a discount for it being that I had already paid for it in my combo. The young man was very rude and he told me that they couldn’t give me a discount because technically they didn’t know the Diet Coke was out or they would have told me. I would have been okay with that but he was very rude and didn’t seem to care that they were out, what happened to their customer service? The young girl however was very nice and gave me a slight discount, and like I said I would have paid for my bottled Diet Coke but the way the young boy responded was very rude. Read morei’ve never had such a bad experience with a place where i’ve had to write a review. the worst subway i’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and i get down to pick up our order that we made online and to also dine in at around 8:50pm. they were already closed, apparently they close at 9 to clean the lobby? i’ve never seen a subway w more than 5 customers but apparently they had something to clean. mind you their hours from mon-fri say they close at 10pm and drive thru closes at 11pm. the doors were locked and both employees ignored us and shoo us off. we then went through the drive thru and the blonde girl was very rude. you can obviously tell she hates her job. so she gave us our order and as soon as we got home to check our order, our sandwiches weren’t even cut, i asked for a fresh sandwich they gave me toasted with missing ingredients. i refuse to ever come to this subway again. to whoever own this place, i highly recommend getting employees that will do your service good and also...
