The food is great. I love it dont get me wrong i highly recommend the food and they are extremely fast, but the management is horrible. I worked here for about a week to two weeks and the general manager never once showed positivity in the workplace. Very very rude man and honestly quite terrible at being a leader. If it wasn't for the great staff and other store managers there the place would crumble. They never keep any employees and apparently have gone through over 50+ employees sonce it opened not so long ago. Most of them saying that it is management to blame. Just to throw out a quick example. I asked my general manager at the time for help and information on what i was supposed to be doing since i was on a new position.(note this was my second day and they made me learn 3 positions in 4 days) he just smiles without looking at me even tho he clearly heard me after tapping his arm and repeating it 2 more times. So i just walked off and started to wash dishes. His boss comes in out of nowhere and asks everyone questions. So as you might have guessed i was nervous since i was new. His boss asked me a question and i got it wrong but barely and my general manager just laughed in embarrassment and told him that i just started and that i needed to learn more which was understandable. I then go back to washing and he comes up to me and said "i dont know what we are gonna do about this." i replied with, "what?" Then he told me to go home in a very angry tone and said "i dont know what to do about all this". He also kept mad dogging me until i left the building. He yells at his employees and belittles them while not following full procedure on everything. He never wares gloves and i always catch him eating some of the chicken. Very very unprofessional. I'm gonna say this one more time. I LOVE the food, but DO...
Read moreSo yesterday I went in to grab a bite to eat but experience some of the most hostile customer service ever. During my order I requested no dipping sauce of any kind, the person taking the order insisted that I had to take the sauce...and even mentioned several times that there should be no problem right..well not for this girl....im sure if she could have she would have forced fed it to me...so I sit and wait for my order and when I go to pick it up in the front she throws it at me in way that it causes it to fall. I was like WOW! She really wants me to have this sauce stuff...LOL.... The bread was not cooked all the way through and was cold... So I left and decided just to share my experience with the manager and he just trivialized the whole thing and began by saying "No one has ever complained about this person before" hense I must have been making it up...then he apologized because he said he didnt mean to make it sound that way...so then I asked him for his supervisors number and the same thing...guy interrupts while I am trying to speak, never finished my story blah blah blah.....So I called Corp...no one answers the phone... Long story I know....but...be careful with that sauce...theyll force it on you , and if you dont take it, theyll throw the food at you and ignore your complaint after..LOL... Never going there agian...waste...
Read moreorder's are never wrong and literally..every s i n g l e time we go by...the drive thru staff seems to be genuinely upbeat and in a good mood, it's crazy! 😌 tender's are delish (and I'm kind of a chicken tender connoisseur, so that's saying a lot) with a great texture...fried and crisp, but not heavy or thick. Their Texas toast is the bomb, definitely one of my faves (even out of other restaurants who also do "texas toast"). You may think toast is difficult to get wrong (I know I did), but a few other places have shown me (thru getting it wrong), that there's definitely a secret or two to getting it just right. I was going to label the following a "pro tip", but you can choose if I should've or not...: Order an extra Tx Toast and get a lemonade as your drink. Even if you're a soda lover, you can get soda anywhere, but this lemonade?? You'll thank me later. 😊 (the real) Pro Tip: Don't like coleslaw? Substitute slaw for that extra slice of toast or maybe some extra fries! (or vice versa) &to anyone from Cane's who may stumble upon this: pls don't think those little lines y'all say at the window as greetings are cringe! They're cute and when you get into it, it can really perk up a smile!...
