The Pizzeria — Restaurant in Edinburg

Dissatisfied customer….my husband went by and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce …. When he got home I noticed it was linguine … and I do not like linguine….. He called the restaurant and let them know that he was given the wrong order…..the MANAGER FREDDY said there was nothing wrong with the order and he could not return it and get credit for it ……after my husband asked him if he’d rather lose a customer than make it right …… FREDDY THE MANAGER said “yes” and hung up on him …. THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND…..my husband tried calling back a couple of times and they DID NOT ANSWER…. I called and whoever answered said , with a laughing voice , “now it’s the wife calling “….. after a brief conversation I was told they do not carry spaghetti and that they only carry linguine….

So I repeatedly said when my husband ordered spaghetti why did you’ll say “ we don’t carry spaghetti, we only carry pizza” … There was no response … only laughing and giggling in the background …..

I was told there were 2 other Managers , so at this time I’d like for one of them to contact t us and make this right…. I’m really hoping that the owner will receive this message … Thank you 🙏...

The food here is amazing!! I've been eating at The Pizzeria since the one in Harlingen opened. I've even raved about this place with people who have had their doubts. However, recently I had a pretty awful experience with delivery. I placed the order at 3:32 p.m. and didn't receive the pizza until 4:44 p.m. mind you I live 5 minutes from there.(I know I should have picked it up myself) but I never had issues with delivery and was baffled by the wait. By the time it got to me, it was cold. I called, the manager and she offered to give credit, I decided on the knotts and wings. It takes a fraction of the time since the manager expedited it which was well appreciated. I open up the bag and the knotts are burnt and the garlic oil is all over the box of wings and bag because the foil holding the knotts was not completely closed. I've had the knotts and delivery before, I never had issues until today. I was really disappointed especially since it felt like the manager was frustrated with me over something that could have been avoided from better attention to detail on their part. Other than that, the food is worth 5 stars and definitely recommend when not burnt or...

Yum! Spectacular. The food is absolutely delicious.

First of all the salads were absolutely delicious. The house salad had everything I didn't expect in a small place. 2 kinds of olives and cucumber. Usually most places stick with just tomatoes and onions. It's really hard to get a cedar salad wrong, but it happens. Thankfully not here. Crispy fresh lettuce. On both salads.

I had a three meat stromboli. Crisp in all the right places. Served with a side of marinara. My friend had the fettuccini alfredo. Very creamy and served with some bread. They carry Pepsi products, so be prepared for that. Upside is... they carry Big Red.

The prices are moderate, be prepared to spend about ten bucks for a combo per person. They have a m-f 1 topping special.

Last but not least, the employees were super awesome. Very polite and friendly. Attentive. Something you don't find in many places. I asked the tipping lady at the register for a togo box. Before she could turn around, another employee had already reached for it and was handing it to her.
