Was surprised to see a small line, but was overjoyed at the fact that I might be able to make it back to my apartment before my lunch break was over. I was wrong, I made it back 10 minutes late, but it was a risk I chose to take nonetheless. The food was exceptional, service was as expected, however just have two complaints of sorts. One, I was missing an order of fries and I rarely ever check the bag before taking off. Granted, when it comes to fast-food I should get into the habit of doing so, but I'll learn that lesson when I learn it. Other than that, I had little to no intention of bringing it up to whoever was inside because for one I was in PJs. Two, it would've been longer I'd have to wait. The other issue is just my preference of chili and cheese of my chili cheese fries. Looks like someone spilled some of it on the fries instead of actually putting it on them intentionally. Maybe that's how they do it, maybe I got the sh-t end of the deal. Either way, wasn't too content. Other than that, don't see why I wouldn't return again. Just not any time soon, this pandemic...
Read moreAsked no onions on triple meat order. Had family with me. The cashier repeated order 2 times. Tboight she had it. Anyways gave jal. On side. Normally ask for them on burgers. But i open the burger, good thing I did. The onions i thought the cashier had repeated twice . Anyways that was the story. I went to speak to the male manager on duty at 6:16 p.m. and the it was hard to maintain my cool. Mgr. First sent cashier to talk to me, i made it adamant it was him,i need to speak to. I thank God for letting me be a retired vet. And ex jock for mission high. But since my retiring from the navy, this was the worst treatment i ever received. He was going to brush me off as if nothing. I had received order and rush was done. Manager was a bit off on the customer service, and veteran and human existence. Its very simple. Sir, bow can i fix it, fix order, offer family a couple of coopons. But thank you Mr. Dairt Q. Well mishandled. My friends and family help your restaurant a bit. Let's see what we can...
Read moreSuper disappointed. To be honest this is actually the second time I wasn’t completely happy. The first time, was what was supposed to be a “Large Caramel Sunday “ and it was more like a s and melted by the time I got to the window. Today I decided to give it another try since they’re only about 3 mins away. Ordered a medium Oreo blizzard with brownie pieces. I got to the window and the girl gave me the blizzard, she didn’t turn it upside down, which I wonder if that was something they changed. As I drove off, I realized it was about 40% melted. I thought once I got home, again, 3 mins away, that I’d be able to see it better, and it was soo melted once I did. I don’t know if DQ has changed the quality of their ice cream, but it thick when we got their blizzard’s. I should have asked the girl right then and there to turn it upside down for my peace of mind. Not sure it’s too worth going...
