Subway — Restaurant in Edinburg

Heads up to those ordering online. If they don't have something, they will take your money and give you something else. I emailed them to tell them that they needed to pay closer attention, and I received a reply where the Manager said they didn't have anymore jalapenos (only reason I ordered the sandwich) and that they were aware. I have been called by restaurants before to let me know that they were didn't have something I ordered so that I can cancel or change my order, even small businesses do this; not Subway, though. Just be aware that you could get something other than what you ordered, and to them it's just not a big deal. I don't know, I think It's only fair to let me know that I won' t be getting what I ordered; I definitely would have...

This place is always lacking something, I come several times and they always forget to charge something so I have to pay again for a soup they forget to add to the total. I came today and their ordering screen was not working so they had to take my order by hand in the drive thru. I asked for the soup and she goes we don’t have any I said you all don’t have anything (since I had asked for drinks and she didn’t have them available either)she goes well we have been busy. Not a way to respond, the customer is not there to hear those type of excuses, she should at least said I’m sorry about that. Unfortunately this is the only subway close to home so I have no other choice, I would go to another...

One of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to. The chillers for the food were completely covered in food/sauces/droppings from earlier. There were flies inside the establishment flying all around the food. Our “sandwich artist” was Orlando was in motivated to say the least. After asking for one line of a sauce, he proceeded to completely ignoring us and went ahead and drowned the sandwich in sauce..gross! The bread was torn all over the place from not properly being handled while cutting/stuffing. There is a foul smell inside the establishment.. and well let me just say it will for sure be my last time at this place. Train your employees better on proper sanitation and food...
