From the start, the young lady taking our order did not sound too happy to be there. Once done ordering, we drove up to the window where a very bitter employee opened the window and didn't even greet us with a "hello". She gave us a blank stare, blinked a few times, took our card, and gave back our card with a nasty vibe. "Move up! " we're her last words. When we pulled up to the next window, a very polite and friendly young lady gave us our drinks and asked us to move up to the gate where our food would be brought out. When we sorted out orders, we found that everything we had asked was not on our burgers or orders. We asked for mayo and got mayo with ketchup. We also asked for a burger "all the way" and received a plain and dry one. We asked for cheese and got nothing! Whatasized fries and drink, nope! My husband went in to correct my order since it was not edible due to so much mayo and ketchup. Well, that wasn't any better. The burger was still wrong and instead of ketchup and mayo, I now had a burger with mayo and three pickles. Unfortunately, our visit was a bad experience and we will definitely not be returning! I suggest a bit more employee training and quality control practices. I'm sure there are some good employees there but the one taking the order and ones preparing the food, really lack...

The service is extremely bad and they only treat people how they see you or people that they know. I personally have seen how ugly they treat people that deliver food since they don’t care because it’s not the delivery driver food. They forget they get customers thanks to someone who is willing to go and pick up their food. They mess up on their end and never offer anything for the most part unless it’s their friends. At least Starbucks offers you water while waiting for the order when they are busy. Last time their receipt machine was not working and didn’t bother to offer a coupon or something for taking the entire lunch hour and not even trying to let the customers know they were goi g to take long. Read moreWaited over 20 minutes for our food, and saw about 3 other tables who ordered food after us get their food. Asked what the hold up was and was told our food would be brought out shortly, we then wait another 5 minutes and have to go up and ask again. Our food had been sitting out for quite awhile, items were missing. First time I’ve experienced this at this whataburger. I counted about 10 employees and only 1 person at the register and not even there all the time, I witnessed people wait at the register with no one helping them. If you’re gonna have that many employees then there should be some sort of organization and customers shouldn’t have to wait extremely long to get their food and have to go back to get their order corrected, a few other people kept going back up to the front with issues on their orders.
