Very very disappointed! Always have enjoyed the soft serve ice cream since childhood now to adult life, Currently was encouraged to download there new app in promise of a banana split @$1.99 when ordering threw the app, after the download I tried to get the promotional offer and it had to be offered, which it wasn’t showing so I went to the local store and asked for them to help me, thinking if i couldn’t get it they at the store could help me, or offer a solution, only to be greeted with a assistant manager ANDREA, that told me If it wasn’t there she couldn’t help me, and didn’t even offer a discount to order one and she just kept repeating there’s nothing I could do if it’s not there there’s nothing I could do. Now I’m not one to normally complain about a $2.00 ice cream promotion. But it just can’t be that way. What kind of manager has no authority to override/comp/price adjustment. Being in sales myself for over 15 years now I know there’s something miss Andrea could have done and totally disappointed that DQ would keep someone like that on there payroll when it was just as simple of making an adjustment for $2.00. Not like I was requesting a celebration cake for the price of a dipped cone. Read moreCustomer Satisfaction is not a priority here. I normally eat at the other DQ in town but I went to this one today. Mistake. I placed my order at the counter and waited. They brought it out finally, but it was missing part of the order. At first they tried to convince me that I hadn’t paid for the missing parts becaise they entered into the wrong order but I wasn’t charged for missing items. I showed them my receipt that showed I had paid for everything including he missing items. They took it back. I didn’t have long for lunch but i kept getting reassured that my order was coming out soon. I finally got fed up and requested a refund. They refunded my card quickly. That much I’ll give them.
