I bought a washer for $260 and a week in using it it stoped working I then called and they made a report to fix it.Then days later they call me back to schedule a “Tech” to come fix it at my house so it got scheduled the next day and the “tech” came to take a look at my washer and took it to fix it without letting the people in Treviños know so I called back 3 days later to see what was going on with my washer and they told me that no one had told them that the tech guy had taken it . Friendly service, place was very clean, after looking around I noticed the prices are extremely high machines are clearly used. Each appliance had the same price tag as new equipment your better off going to an actual name brand retail store. The upside for the high prices, a five year warranty plus parts and labour are included. Not recommended due to high prices and low quality equipment especially if you move out of the city, warranty is no good...

Don't pick a store to visit, call one and tell them what you want, they'll call their other locations and find what you want. Very friendly, good prices, clean appliances.
