They messed up our order and when we called back to inform them they initially said we could come back anytime and they'll make things right. Before returning, we called to remind them of what happened and now they've changed their word saying they won't honor what had previously been promised. The manager also refused to talk to us and only spoke through their workers (who are exceptional), and when we asked the workers to connect us to their managers, they said they'd call us back another time (which they haven't). This is the type of service that gong cha represent with their top tier customer service. If you can't even speak proper English, that's alright, they still get your drinks right. Their drinks are the best when it comes to milky or fruity types. For milky, I would recommend the dirty brown sugar milk tea and for the fruity tea, I can definitely suggest passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly( it's lychee jelly). Definitely would come back...

I like the lemon aiyu, mango green tea with aloe on summer days while in the winter, i would go for a regular milk tea classic...
