Very disappointing. We ordered from the previous restaurant (Uncle Ralph's) before this new business took over the location. Looks to be almost the same menu, but the quality if the food is no good. We love peruvian cuisine and love ordering from restaurants that serve it. Unfortunately, this is not one we will be ordering from again. The charcoal chicken was overcooked/dried out. The lomo saltado lacked flavor , steak was rough, no juice. The last dish we ordered was the arroz chaufa mariscos. That dish was by far the worst of them all. The calamari rings were pink/red color and veiny. They should be white. No clue where they got them from but it wasn't fresh looking. The rice was mush and there were small mussel shell pieces cracked in the rice. The meal was a waste of money thrown in the garbage . Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. None of the tables were clean when we arrived, and no one offered to clean our table, which added to our overall dissatisfaction.
We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary...

We ordered ceviche- mhm this is the second Peruvian ceviche I’ve had and I just may not be a fan of it. I find that it has no flavor, this one has an overwhelming amount of red onions, just not a flavor to tie all the seafood together. Chaufa de camarón- oh this was super delicious! Loved their chaufa 10/10 Lomo saltado - it came on a bed of French fries with white rice on the side, this lomo was...
