Wooram — Restaurant in Edison

First of all, the place is very small. it looks like a take out restaurant. It is not a restaurant that you normally dine in with a server. They don't even give you any water, if you want water, you can buy a bottle water. The owner himself bring the food to your table (less than 10 steps from the counter) and give you a spoon, chopstick and ONE napkin. When we were done, after I pay my bill, I thought it was a BIG joke when the owner ask me to tip him. I was shocked, because I didn't get any services. I have never asked to tip from a take out type of restaurant. Now a day, you can dine in at a McDonald, where the people bring the food to your table after you placed your order, and no one come up to your face and ask for a TIPS. Never eat here!! The man is so rude. I got up to get some extra napkins BECAUSE HE ONLY PROVIDES ONE SINGLE NAPKIN TO EACH PERSON. And he was getting so angry and showing so much attitude saying that we took too many napkins. It was around 5 NAPKINS ONLY for 2 PEOPLE.

He need to learn how to treat his customers more respectfully. We go there sometimes and will never be going there again after seeing the man’s attitude today over some few napkins!!! Im a pro tip. I Knew this place since it was a foodcourt in hmart so went to check it out after it moved out. However, even it became a legit restaurant, everything was the same: the menu, how it is served in togo container instead of a dish (one small amt of kimchi served not other banchans served), and no server, just the owner. When leaving, the owner told me that i have to tip now since it is a restaurant now, but It did not feel any different than the foodcourt at hmart.
