My stay has been a true experience ,without the Kind help n sweet Person Chris ,Who helps beyond Thankyou !!! PS also need to mention the help from the kind young person who cares about the bedding etc From Hawaii is made my stay easier on my overall disabilities with cleaning Thank you God Bless. Thank you to our Fire Dept n Police Depts for they have their hands full at this hotel . The board of Health also has their hands full ...I pray for all the serious issues on daily basis this Motel is cleaned up n I know I have Faith that Police Fire rescue n board of health will work together to make this a "safer ,habital resting Place .Thank you. Please be aware of numerous issues and nite a worker in office Very rude example I'm legally disabled n after I threw my Garbage out my door closed n I left key in my room unaware the door ajar closed automatically...went next door to office n I was told Y am I up so late???I stand in front of my door n always have my key in my possession even though I'm on the door mat ,I was belittle d in front of a nice couple checking in whom came to my defense n saw me right at my door having a cigarette ,I follow the Lawsa n do not smoke in my room or inside anywhere in My homes etc The key office gave me since my original key was locked in my room I put aside n used my original key at my Day I arrived .At this time I was told in front of couple Office personal was calling Police on Me I did absolutely nothing to deserve the awful treatment ..The couple even said she was in front of her door as they saw when driving up to get a room Now I ask Y this Person has the right to tell me to "go to "sleep n Not to go in front of your room I explained I do n will not smoke inside anywhere n the couple n myself heard him say he'd call police on me if I smoke in my room No sir I said I have A many disabilities causing Chronic Awful Pain N I smoke outside in front of room on mat to try n get my mind off of dibiltating Pain ...Please to all Disabled Be aware of the treatment myself n Others will be discriminated against by the motels personal...

Don’t let the rest of the reviews fool you, I will certainly be following up with the Better Business Bureau for being denied access to a room that I put money out for. This place is alright for the price compared to others in likeness. Rooms appeared rather clean upon arrival, and somewhat updated. However, the location and customer service is absolutely terrible. It’s alongside RT 1 N Edison, without a noise barrier. Because of this you can hear sound of cars, semi trucks, sirens, and loud exhaust on the highway all night long. There is also a large gap under all of the doors of the 3 different rooms I have stayed at here. We booked a room for 2 guests and were only given 1 room key. At the time of check in, I was not asked for ID, though I offered. When I explained this to the lady at the front she told me “that’s not my problem. That wasn’t me that was the person last night.” I said “However, it is this businesses problem and you work here. The manager was standing right there behind her and never said a thing. They said they didn’t need my ID since I wasn’t the person who booked. I got back here today from working before the person whose name is on file, and it appears they have the key. I went to the front and requested a new key, and let them know who’s name is on file, the room number, verified their info, and even had them call from the number on file to request them to give me a new key, I EVEN got my roomate on video call and they stood firm on the fact that because he was not physically present, and they don’t have my ID on file, they refused to give me a new key. I am now locked out of a room that I paid for half of, for the last hour, and for the next 2 hours until my roommate is back. I am in fact on a time crunch and need to enter my room, I had a long drive here from my job site and need to use the facilities, but there are no guest bathrooms here either. This is not worth the headache, I’d rather stay in a sup par motel like this one with lower quality rooms then have to endure an issue...

Not Good period Rooms are not the same ones as the pictures, the rooms are old and smell very bad. They don't allow you to see pictures beforehand at the office and the pictures on Expedia are not the same as the one they have at the Edison location. I paid cash and they didn't want to give me my money back after they said i had 10 minutes to change my mind after paying and they would give me my money back. They were 3 other people trying to change the rooms because they noticed they were stinky and not good and they did not give them their money back but they sure gave me my money, I would have had an attorney handle the situation. Then they wanted to give me a different room, they told me 3 times they would give me a different room and i said NO. They think they are (smart) slick and they are not. They insist, but if you insist longer than them you'll get your money back. If you do not use a room and change your mind after booking they are required to give a full refund. There is no policy where it states they do not give you your money back if you are not satisfied. Again, they will try to tell you they don't do refunds, it's a lie. Call the customer support phone number of the website you booked through or call the police. 2 face and hypocrites. I'm glad i know my rights, can't no racist foreigner tell me how to move in my country. It's sad what's going on in this country and i will report to Expedia also and let them know the rooms look very different. ----------------------------------------------------------------------This is my response to the untruthful comment.
