Unfortunately, I had a very different experience here than others. The service was a huge let down from the moment we sat down. We didn't get menus or water (we had to take the menus ourselves from an empty neighboring table). Parties who came after us were greeted and tended to more quickly and friendlier than our table. We tried to get the servers' attention a few times and got blank stares in return. When we finally got a server's attention, the first thing he said to us is that we'd have to wait a while and the food would take a long time. Before we placed our order. He didn't say this to any other table so it almost felt as if he wanted us to leave. My husband and I ordered seafood pancake and agujim, which is monkfish braised with lots of bean sprouts. It’s very spicy so if you’re in the mood for some heat, I highly recommend this dish. It’s more than enough for two people. My kids are usually picky and the staff was so accommodating to omitting green onions and bunch of other stuff in their udon soup and their rice cake soup. My 2 yr old son ended up eating 2 whole bowls of rice with his food!
The portions are very generous and their side dishes are so fresh. Looking forward to trying some of the other items...
