Horrible service ! I do not recommend , I went with my girlfriend and we got a Groupon as a gift and at first when we made the appointment I had told them it was a two hour service facial and a body message when we arrived they had told us we either had to reschedule or only get one part of the service and come back for the other half when i specifically said it was for both and the lady at the desk tried to tell me what I had said on the phone call saying she knew I never said it was for both knowing damn well she wasnât the one on the phone with me and I had said to her âwere you the one on the phone with me how would you know what I said â , they were just rude so we rescheduled then came the next day and we get our service done , as the massage happens I seem to get a little uncomfortable because they had pulled my underwear down to where you can see my butt , as she massages my legs I had told her to be soft with my left leg because I had about a 3-4 week fresh tattoo itâs mostly healed but not completely and she continued to be rough putting pressure on to my leg ignoring what I had said , and then after the massage she had did the facial and during it she had dropped the lamp on my face as Iâm trying to relax but me still being nice I said it was okay I just wanted to get it over with. After the service was complete I had only had a 20 dollar bill and no other cash neither did my girlfriend I had Tried to be nice enough to at least give them 10 each even tho the service was so unprofessional and rude and she looked at the 20 as if it wasnât enough and pointed at their tip amount and again I had told her I didnât have enough and preceded to tell me to use my card being so not considerate and demanding , a tip is if someone wants to give you one depending on your service and experience not to demand one especially demanding a certain amount . Overall for my first spa experience this was just not what I expected . And from what Iâve seen in these comments the way they respond to their costumers just shows how rude and unprofessional they are .

   Read moreGuys, please listen to all the negative reviews. Nobody is lying. I went here today with the group on for a facial, and a massage one hour each. Firstly, I went in there and right away, they charged me $5 for what they call tax. Then once I got on the massage table within 5 minutes, she told me for hot stones. I had to pay an additional $20 at that point. I had to say yes, so I did once the massage was over, I started my facial But before she started the facial, she told me she was gonna look at my skin. Once she looked at my skin, She said that the signature facial that comes with the Groupon would not work for me and that it wasn't good for me. She then told me that I have to take another special facial and she charged me $80 for that. At that point I just wanted to leave as well as the other negative reviews, so I said just do the extra $80 facial and let's get it over with at that point. I was already a $100 in after everything was over, I saw a sign posted on the door of the massage room that said their policy was ten dollars minimum tip per hour, which I think is absurd to write as a business. I even took a picture of that sign. When I got to the counter to pay the first thing the lady at the front did was pull out an envelope and threw it at me and said "do you want to leave a tip for Anna?" She repeated it 3 times while the other person was prepping to charge me the $100. Honestly guys this place is a scam. There are so many other places that don't force you to buy upgrades as well as give hot stones included in the massage. Honestly if a business has to "make a policy" and put a sign up saying that $10 per hour is a mandatory minimum for a tip, it shows you what type of scam they are running. It also shows you how unprofessional they are. Trust everyone who wrote a negative review. I own a business, a reputable one, and trust me this is not how you run 1. Their focus is MONEY and they could care less about their customers. Also, as a business owner if someone left a negative review I would never respond the way they did. Come on vepo. Learn how to be classy. No one is lying in their reviews. If you are reading this review listen to the owners response and go somewhere else. I called to ask what the difference would be since a prenatal massage would cost more and was not what was originally paid for. Instead of clear answers, I was met with nastiness and hung up on several times. The receptionist is disgusting and shouldnât have a job in customer service. I was repeatedly told it would cost more, in which money is NEVER the issue nor the question. It was never an issue of not wanting to pay more. I simply wanted to know how much of a difference to get the proper massage at 8 months pregnant and the facial that was paid for. Iâm a spa treatment veteran and enthusiast, and well versed in the culture, and NEVER have I have received treatment like this!! Highly offensive and disrespectful treatment. If youâre a minority, specifically BLACK, donât waste your money nor time with this business. I was treated disgustingly and Iâm sure they would not treat non-minorities as such.

Even after hearing the disgusting treatment by your staff, there is no reprimanding for hearing I was hung up on several times. That wouldâve been the answer to my question is that I would have to pay full price for my prenatal massage. I was told the âownerâ was not there so you canât speak on treatment youâre unaware of. Yes I called back several time because how dare you hang up on someone several times. My friend has been to your spa and received the same nasty treatment.
