McDonald's — Restaurant in Edison

the people that they usto have working here were nice and friendly but the people they have now are just plain RUDE !! today was my second time ordering a happy meal that didnt bring the correct toy , first time i came i always ask for boy toys being that i have 2 boys so i asked for a boy toy and i always check before i leave so just incase i can swap it , it infact was a girl toy and so i asked to get a boy toy and she said "oh i cant change it you get what you get" EXCUSE ME ?? i asked for a boy toy i shouldnt be getting a girl toy to begin with , i didnt feel like arguing as my kids were hungry and i just cared about the food at this point so i left , today i went and same thing asked for happy meal for A BOY , she goes and gives me a girl toy i asked to exchange she says we dont have other toys ?????????? WHAT ??? so if i asked for a boy happy meal and you no longer have you cant say that while im ordering so i can order a regular meal instead of a happy meal ?? i will NOT be coming back here again i rather make the drive and go to a...

Where to start... 1st thing i ordered didnt go on my order. My TO GO order was put on a tray. Shoved everything in a little bag. The bag almost ripped. Asked for no pickles.on the burgers, sticker on them that said no pickles yet pickles on it. Asked for no ranch on my snack wrap, said no ranch on it and it had ranch. Ordered a peach slushie and they don't have any slushies. Asked for a bigger bag and got handed the same size bag i already had..... its not rocket science. Everytime i go there it's something. I never call and complain but todays experience was my breaking point. I work in food service as well.... double check your order repeat the order back more than once if need be and when the customer tells you something is wrong which i did nicely dont argue fix...

I would love to give it a 0. I live very near by and i keep trying to make it work, however this McDonald's just keeps making it worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal no lettuce no mayo add cheese. Not just a fail. They gave me some mushroom burger garbage. What a waste. My chichen meal was 10 dollars and litterally thrown in the garbage. If i wanted to throw my money in the garbage i would figure out a more creative way. The worse part is since i was already home they wouldn't refund my money unless i went back, and the manager whose accent was so thick i could barely understand her actually had the nerve to tell me i orded a mushroom burger.
