Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Edmond

I was visiting this fine establishment for lunch one day, and in a grand gesture of my grace and balance, I fumbled the top bun of my bacon cheeseburger, flinging it high in the air and causing it to come crashing down as I watched, frozen in horror. Unfortunately for both of us, the bun landed toppings-side down and so, was unsalvageable. My top bun, lettuce, and mayo were lost to the floor and I was forced to ask the employees if they could remake it for me. They did so without even asking a question and with a smile on their face. These are employees I could entrust with my life, if needed. In a second occurrence, I, being a person who enjoys dipping my fries in a lavish concoction of ketchup and mayonnaise, began to search for the two condiments. Ketchup is an easy resource to come by, being readily available in easy access pumps. Mayonnaise, however, you must express your desire for. When I explained my quest for mayonnaise to the employee behind the counter, she disappeared for a small moment and returned, my prize in hand. She brought me a gorgeous, invigorating, well of mayonnaise, deep enough to drown all my fries and all of my sorrows in. 11/10 will...

I have left a review on this specific location once before because of the excellent customer service I received from the very young employees that work there, today was another exceptional experience, I had purchased a roll of sausage last night to cook breakfast for my kids this morning and when I opened it it smelled foul, I returned it to the braum's location on Broadway and as I was in line a young lady wearing glasses I should have got her name, she was wearing a green apron versus the rest of them wearing a blue, and she vastly approached me noticing I had the meat in a ziplock bag and took wonderful care of me allowed me to handle the situation and get a very fresh product in place of the old product and I felt very respected and very well taken care of and I truly feel like that good things like this need to be told because there's so much bad out there, there are so many people who are so fast to put a bad review but they fell to recognize when they are treated fairly and properly , I truly appreciate the kindness that this location specifically gives to me every single time...

Braum's has always been a favorite in my area for a quick sweet-tooth ice cream treat as they have many different options of ice cream, seasonal items, yogurt, and sundaes to choose from. Their farm fresh milk is definitely much better than buying from the grocery store, and I often make a special trip just for this item. There are not a lot of alternatives in my area for ice cream, so I find myself going here often more than I might otherwise if there were more options . If you manage to get freshly cooked food it can be pretty tasty (especially the fries). It seems to me that their burgers and fries often spend a bit too much time in their warmers & would taste much better if they moved to a "make fresh as you order system", or perhaps reduce the time their food is allowed to stay under the heat lamps. I'm sure I'll continue stopping here for a treat and for their milk, but I believe better trained management and/or a more efficient quality control system would be...
