So hot inside! Service? Dude took or order & gave us cups. Manager yelled from behind the counter, "I'll have to get ice from back here!" NONE of the Minute Maid options worked on the lobby soda machine. 😑 Manager stood behind counter & yelled "I might have what your looking for back here!" 🤔 We could feel the cool air when we ordered. It was in the 100's outside. We let him fill our cups with ice & settled for carbonated, not enough flavor syrup soda's available for refil at our convenience. The manager disappeared. We were eating & approach by an unkempt dude with a big bag asking questions about the bus. Weird... We ended up wrapping our food up & finished it in our cool vehicle & cold water from our fridge. Edmond used to be a nice town & businesses took pride in customer service. Not this Buger King. Food was ok. We may try again in the Fall just to see if the soda machine works. Corporate really shouldn't allow a place to run down like this. Air-conditioning in the back, cold 🥶 Lobby- 🥵 Indoor playground closed. Manager said the Air-conditioning in there didn't work at all. Read moreAn employee refused to wear his mask. He was collecting money at the drive thru. I nicely asked him to wear his mask. His response went from stating it does not work to shouting he has rights and does not want the country to turn into China. My only response was to ask for his name, which he refused shouting about China instead. It's fine (not really) if he does not want to wear his mask, but then he should NOT BE IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. All he had to do was put it up for our 90 seconds transaction. Other employees were only wearing masks over their mouth.
Also, I called BK help line to report this... twice... but no one called me back. They were very nice and said someone would call but they did not. Hence, why I'm taking to the internet. Bye bye...
