I would not recommend this CAVA.

I ordered once online prior to today and got a create-your-own falafel bowl. That order was great and all of the ingredients were delicious. I was excited today to try them again and get something different.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The counter where you can select your ingredients has a single label that lists about 6-8 toppings per section (e.g. meats, sauces, vegetables), but the individual toppings are not labeled so it is not always clear what is what. The servers kind of just throw the toppings onto your portion - it’s fast but doesn’t convey care for the food.

Today I ordered the chicken pita, as is, for pickup. The portion sizes for all of the toppings were rather large, so it made the pita a big, wet sloppy mess. The server taco-folded the pita before wrapping it, so it was not as if the toppings were very secure on both ends of the pita anyways. When I got home the sauce was leaking through the wrapping so I could not eat the pita inside the wrapper without it dripping. I tried to eat it taco-style but the filling kept falling out the back end. I eventually resigned that I’d just have to eat the filling with a fork.

As soon as I open the pita, I spot a large black hair inside. This is completely unacceptable and a food safety concern. The servers up front only wear visors or caps with no other hair protection, such as a net.

I’m surprised by the experience I had today because my first time getting food there was good. However, after noticing that some of the reviews in here mention such poor service I think I start to understand - you should be hiring people who care about doing a good job! I don’t think I will be returning to this CAVA for...

During my recent visit to CAVA in Edmond, I was genuinely impressed by the extraordinary experience they offered. From the moment I stepped in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff set a welcoming tone for what turned out to be a delightful lunch.

I opted for the 'build your own bowl' option, a choice I highly recommend. The sheer variety of fresh, quality ingredients allowed me to tailor the bowl exactly to my taste. Accompanying the bowl with their soft, flavorful pita bread was a decision I'll never regret - it was a perfect companion to the meal.

But what truly stood out was their exceptional drink selection. Moving away from the typical Coke or Pepsi options, CAVA in Edmond offers a unique array of beverages. Their range of lemonades, in particular, was impressive and provided a refreshing twist to the meal.

The food itself was a symphony of flavors. Each bite was a testament to the care and expertise put into its preparation. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and the overall quality of the meal was top-notch. It was so delicious that I completely forgot to take pictures - a rarity for a food enthusiast like myself!

In conclusion, CAVA in Edmond is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where culinary excellence and warm hospitality meet to create an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is a spot you don't...

From the moment I stepped into CAVA, I knew I was in for a treat. This restaurant has masterfully blended the fast-casual dining style of Chipotle and Qdoba with the rich, aromatic flavors of the Mediterranean, creating a unique and delightful experience. The menu options are abundant, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences.

The quality of the food is exceptional. Each dish bursts with fresh, vibrant flavors, underpinned by a wonderful array of spices that are both exotic and comforting. The pita chips, in particular, are a standout – perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of savoriness that keeps you reaching for more.

What really sets CAVA apart, though, is their unwavering commitment to cleanliness and customer service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and memorable. Even during the busy lunch rush, when the line can stretch around the store, the team handles the crowd with impressive speed and grace.

I highly recommend arriving early if you plan to visit during peak hours. It’s a testament to CAVA’s popularity and the high regard in which it’s held by its patrons. Whether you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just looking for a fresh, flavorful dining experience, CAVA is a must-visit. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a culinary journey that you’ll want to take again and...
