This experience took 30 minutes, and I was one of only a few cars in line (and the inside was closed). We waited for 5 minutes to even place the order, since there was one other car at the other order window, but still way too long. Then we sat at the window for over 20 minutes after paying for our food with no attention or explanation. Only one employee wore a mask, and one with a âchinstrapâ. Chinstrap did not wear gloves either. The manager did not wear a mask and showed no regard for the other employees not wearing masks and touching their faces and noses with no gloves... gross.. especially in a pandemic. Then, after a âsorry for the waitâ we were missing two orders of onion rings (paid for and on the receipt), which had to be started from frozen causing a further 5 minute delay. I asked for GM or owner contact info and was told that I was only allowed to have the number for the store on the receipt, which sounds like a fax machine based on the noises it makes when I call. This store is being mismanaged. This night crew should be retrained. They were unqualified to produce food in any timely fashion or with any accuracy. One person struggled to put sandwiches together while three others wandered around doing nearly nothing. When I expressed concern to the main person attending the window that he please put his mask on, he had no care for our concern. Fresh onion rings, cold chicken nuggets. I was mad until I got to the window and seen the sweet cashier was overwhelmed and was having to deal with all the angry customers that were waiting and taking it out on her because shes at the window. I am giving 1 star because you guys are so slow and this is the 2nd time waiting forever. I want the cashier to know that she did a great job and was very professional even when angry customers were taking it out on her when she is just doing her job.    Read moreThis employee mumbled "Thanks for choosing wooky, how may I help you." And chuckled as if he was playing a prank for his fellow workers to laugh at. I was the only one in the drive through. I had a bad feeling about that guy serving me food, so I naturally left. Managers of this location, for locals in the area who just come to eat a quick lunch, we expect a little bit better service than to have pranksters greet us in the drive through.
