WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I brought my dads puppy in for him today 6/24/22 @ 1240pm for a 1pm confirmed appt. The groomer Austin had a pup on the table he glanced from 10 ft away at the screen and said I am certain your appt is at 2pm. I left back in to lunch hour traffic and construction and contacted my dad who text me the screen shot of the again confirmed appt at 1. When i returned I was met with hostility and a temper tantrum by the groomer who said I was the one who said my appt was at to. When I told him what he said and that customer was lacking he got up slammed his chair siad I am not doing this $#!% today. He then proceeded to cuss and have a fit in thw back room where my self and another extremely rude groomer named Katie could here him. The manager carla came in and I told her the situation she went in back where he continued to cuss and tell her NOT TODAY. I am so upset and so disappointed that a store I have shopped for years has people like this working here. We simply needed 5 seconds to verify our appt check in my dads fur baby and on with what started as a pleasant day. Read moreWe went in for what we thought was a quick run to get crickets for our geckos because Petsmart is currently out. We had to go ask for help twice and waited 20 minutes. The poor cashier was the only employee on the floor while the manager was running around doing other things so he had leave the cash register to come help us with crickets. The manager saw us waiting in the aisle next to the employer office, ignored us, and then when I tried to ask him for help he ignored me so I asked the cashier for help instead. The manager ended up being the person who checked us out so I don't really understand why he couldn't have helped us or his employee when he needed it. Every single time I have been to this Petco, the managers have been incredibly rude, there's always one employee working the entire store, and it's a long wait to get help because of it. Do something about this! We go to Petsmart even though it's farther away because the service and item selection is so much better there. I'm only giving two stars instead of one because the employee was so nice and was clearly trying to do his best being the only person in the store doing his job. Your employees deserve...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience with the customer service person working the register but the manager was not helpful and it seemed like I was wasting her time by even being there. I purchased a dome litter box online on a discount and they sent me a broken litter box I walk in to get a complete exchange for an item I wanted and paid for. They told me I was unable to receive the discount due to “federal law” and “store policy.” I’ve been working customer service forever and I can’t believe Petco wouldn’t honor a complete exchange I wasn’t even asking for a refund I ended up owing them money on a product I previously already paid for. Mind you by the time the shipment got to my house the discount was already gone it’s not like I could pay for it again. Will never be shopping here again will only be going to PetSmart.
