Five Below — Local services in Edmond

I was in here over the weekend thinking this would be a good place to get some holiday shopping done. The employees (a teenager in a black hat and the manager) have filthy mouths and are rude to each other. The manager, who reaked of alcohol, did not care at all. She dismissed me when I complained about it. Your employees need to be professional. Im never going back, and ive already told all my friends. I cant believe my father gave his life in vietnam so that my grandchildren could hear a rude teenager run his mouth like that with his manager no less and then be disrespectful to a customer when confronted with it. I dont know who runs this place but you need a NEW staff that respects your customers. You've already lost at least 4 families of customers after they heard about this experience. Hidden gem! So many great purchases here. It's worth coming each change of season and holidays because they rotate relevant items. For example, I got some cool summer yard games in the summer and then cute winter mugs and cozy items when it turned cold. Also, who knew they had so many cute anime items?! Little figures and graphic tees etc. Even work out gear and tech stuff, like water bottles and yoga mats and Bluetooth speakers etc.!! Plus, it's clean and smells nice and the staff are sweet. I like this location because it is very clean and always well organized. My kids always seem to find something that they want and so do I. While the store is unique and fun, the sales staff seems to lack the same luster. I rate this store a four because the store itself is nice, just a little work on customer service with a smile and they would easily be at a 5! Again, nothing has ever went wrong, I just think that there could be a bit more training on how to handle customers in an inviting manner with eye contact and possibly a smile.
